Honda Motorcycles — Poor quality and service of Honda

i bought " honda cb shine" with engine no JC36E7034273, UNDER the name shenbaga moorthy .r

This mail is to complain you about the poor service and quality of the vehicle bought at sivakasi showroom ,"Mukesh Honda".

i bought my vehicle on 22/05/2012. After 15 days , i faced a engine noise problem with my new honda shine. So on the same day i went to the Honda service center to en-quire about the problem but they have no idea about the problem & they just told me that "there was no problem with the bike" but the problem still continued.
Then exactly after a month , i gave my bike for the first service and i have clearly explained about the bike engine noise problem, but they just did normal service and returned my bike without consideing the engine noise.

After the first poor service, the engine noise amplified further to create bigger engine problem in a just 3month old bike which lead to engine repair and also the bike foot rest is broken because of "poor steel quality "
It is to be noted that,
1)I used to drive my bike just 10 kms /day and the bike odometer reading is just 820 kms "(not even 1000 kms)" 2)The service people are also telling that it is a manufacturing defect.

We have 5 Honda Shine bikes inside our family but none has created this much problem. i request you to take this complaint in a much more serious way and i want a new bike for the inconvenience caused, as quickly as possible

i regret purchasing a bike from honda.i have made a lot of regrettable visits to service centres for spare parts for my brand new CBtwister which unfortunately met with a minor accident 1 month ago.i am taking lot of agony and pain by roaming around service centres i have constantly called service centres but i have regret saying that there was no proper assurance of my bike's spare parts and once when i gave my bike for repair he kept it for a week,instead of repairing my bike he simply removed the brand new battery and replaced it with old one.during those 7 days i had to take a lot of pain by travelling through rtc buses.these incidence have opened my eyes on the false propaganda that honda manufacturers of the best and most reliable bikes.so i request consumer forum to look into this matter within 24 hours,either replace my bike with new one or get my bikes's parts replaced.as i am engineering student my educational activities is getting spoiled as i have to travel a long distances and i also want you to compensate for all the pain and agony i am taking since one month.henceforth i request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.
