[Resolved] Honda Shine — very very bad responce even my first service | |
i have completly paid cash for honda shine bike on1.09.08.and recd my bike only on 1.10.08. after the great struggle. as per the company norms 750-1000 kms or 1month period for 1st service for new bike.i have telephoned on 28.10.08 to asoaknagar service centere, they said there is no feasible date for service.again i have telephoned 1.10.08. the service dept strictly denied and not even respect the customer.with out service my bike is in bad condition and poor milege.where to complaint this, or shall i go to consumer court for the justice. This is bring to your notice that i am a family member for your group. But we are not sticfied for your International Brand i drive 40000 Km last two year and milage is 72 to 75 km per ltr.
But eingen is open four to five time. Again and again we go to your dealer M/s Prakash Honda D-2, Sector-10, Noida. Against Invoice no 06 1N-01564 dt.14/01/2007 purchase this bike but your service department is confirm we change spaire part old to old as per instruction branch incharge.
Engine problem repeat machnic advice no problem we are seating here rectified all time details:
1.16000 km
2.23000 km
3.28000 km
4.30024 km
5.40331 km
Always engine problem face but delear always linger that problem they can not rectified right problem. I already told to agency authority there is no responce & passon problem to lower staff.
Pl help i do not understand what we are doing. We are mantely unset for all happening. Proper solution provide.
