    I purchased honda cb twister bike on 02/06/2011.My complaint is that, still bike has moved 9000 km.and for every one litre of petrol bike gives an average of 50 km only and also after my 4 th service of bike , mobil comes out of engine.but i have been going to showroom or dealer for the reparing of my bikes rings from 20/12/2011 but every day theey ay me to come other day till now,they dont take any interest on it.so sir ,please take some action upon them.i will be very much thankfull to you sir.

      Dear Sir,

      This is to inform you that I had problem with the front driver seat door glass opening . This problem is repaeated since last 5 to 6 servicing but still not resolved .The same car was sent to your authorized service center at Deccan Honda Satara Road Pune around 8 days back. Your authorized service centre could not repair the same due to non avaibility of spare parts.Your service station person replied that.

      Due to this problem I am not able to use the car since last 1 month.

      Please look into the matter very urgently.

        I have purchased Honda Dio last for month back, due to some reason met with an accident & my bike is in the GOA RAJEE showroom for last 35 days.Honda dealer told Spare parts are not available with them. It's very shameful for authorise dealer to give such answers.

        I request all the people who are planning to buy Honda Two Wheeler they should think twice, because I am the sufferer. I dont want any one to sufer.

        recently i bought Honda Dio 110c(2012 model). although when i am riding on the smoother roads its comfortability is ok but on slight rough roads the impact form the front wheel directly hits to both hands and riding is too uncomfortable on such roads

        I purchased Honda duo 2012 model in 2012, I met with an accident 8months back and the parts are totally broke so I went to HYderabad jsp honda showroom wer I bought the dio and asked for the body parts they said to give order in the spareparts office I went and ordered the parts, they said we will let u know wen we get these parts but till today I dint recieved a call or any feedback from them and my insurence also timed out and I have to use that moped for my personal use but in that condition If I take it out policemen asking for the insurence and the insurence fellow saying that we can't update untill the moped is fixed. They say that Honda is best in service for ccustomers but it is tooo bad in serving coustomers. so I prefer not to buy Honda dio because there are no body parts available I'm authorised showroom.           Yesterday i visit to Hero Honda service center for repair my bike Glamour ,there is one executive at front counter who submit all bile with job card , i ask him i need to repair my bike , he said go to store man first check parts available or not , then i go to store man for check parts available or not,store man ask go to first supervisor , engineer said go floor supervisor , there is no person who give me solution , job card supervisor said me, sir bike estimate round 10000/- without he checked ,at least job card completed with in one hoUr , job card executive said Ur bike 'll be complete 9/1/12 4: 30pm
          job card no 108038 JKO2AN-0775, today i send to a person for reeving my bike , there is no bike repair no executive response , i call many times on service no ,that is mention on job card ,, 2430300,2430565,,, result poor service,,,,,,,,

But last month i have problem in bike that its cylender kit was not workng properly, i give back the bike to Sub delaer whom i purchased but he did nit give me a satisfacotry answer, that the bike will repaired or not. i suffer from 15 days. i use the mannual of guidlines issued by company, but company dealer not give nany answer, plz give me the satisfactory answer.

          i have a hero honda motor cycle(model : Splendor NXG). I have given my bike for change some damage parts due to an accident in their own service station. My bike number is DL-4S-AZ-7844. It's been over 8 days and I still haven't got my bike back. It's been a very horrible experience as I keep calling them every day and they always tend to extend the time with a very stupid reason that they dont have one part. I have not bought my bike for the service station people to use it. I going to file a case in the consumer forum to ask for compenstaion. I do hope for your early reply as I have'nt got any feedback from your side till now. Thanks

          I bought a hero honda passion bike before 1 nd a half years back as I got to know about the standard of the hero honda bike. But now am total unsatisfied with your service provided. especially I have given my bike for paid service at your service dealer (Vishnu motors, Ekkattuthangal, Chennai.) who have given a very poor service @ 18 Mar 2009. They charged Rs.1133 for the service where they changed the chain sprocket kit.And after a week of the service it got struck while am driving in a busy traffic with 30- 40km speed.Because of that I met with an small accident. After that I took my bike again to the dealer @ 27 Mar 2009 and they didnt respond well and after some time they said that chain and bolts were loose conducted.And just screwed the bolt and returned the bike, at the same day it got struck again at 10.30pm while driving at the third gear. So i got to release the chain and pushed my bike for 5 kms. Again I called the service center @28 Mar 2009 and spoke to the service supervisor Mr.Aravind who replied to take the bike to a local mechanic and release the strucked chain and bring the bike to the service center which is nearly 20 kms far from my place then only we can rectify the problem.I requested for doorstep service but they refused give a remedy to that and they told they can service only till 2pm as it is saturday.So that they can only service my vehicle only on monday that too only if i took the vehicle to that concern place. As am a marketing executive am in same need of my bike. why dont you people contact your nearby service center and rectify the problem? how do you treat your customer? i expect a speedy reply from your side as bike is still standing still at my home and getting lot of losses because of that.

          I have used several bikes of Hero Honda make for last ten years. I like the style, comfort of this make.
          I am also suggesting my near and dear to go for Hero Honda bikes. Everywhere I got a good service from your service stations. In dec'08 I purchased a CBZ EXTREME from PRIME MOTORS, ECIL HYDERABAD. Initially bike handle was too tight that, I had a serious pain in my shoulder. Mileage was very low, pick up was slow, and some sound was coming from front wheel. All those problems were told to the service station. They told all these problems will be solved in 1st service. But after 1st services the result was same as previous. They told me all the problem will solved in 2nd service. But still I did not get any solution to these problems. As per me during the free service period this service station people is not doing anything except washing. All these above is creating in convenience for me which will lead to a very bad impression on hero Honda.

          Do the needful as soon as possible.
          I went to Pratibha motors service center at Pune for my passion bike service. I said to change the battery to Excite, but, to my surprise, they have change to some low category battery. I spent money but didn’t get the service. They are doing services the bikes, just pass as it is.

          Staff is not good and not willing to listen, as well. I strongly recommend everyone to beware to go there.

          Poor service, poor staff, no customer stratification at all.

          Hero Honda - Karizma — non satisfied with service related products at the Service provider's end

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          My name is Sushil & I have Karizma purchased from our local dealer " M/s Creative Motors Pvt. Ltd. " on 27 th january 2009

          Regarding this i am not getting fully satisfied service while free servicings. The problems i faced are as follows

          1) When i took a delivery, staff at the dealer end commited me to give the User manual within 7-15 days, which i got after 45-50 days, at the time of delivery ofd mannual they told me that your mannual book is lost & thrown a another user's mannual to me by painting a white ink on it

          2) At the same time of delivery from the work shop I saw ther is little bit color damage at the tank side & some denting painting was happened, & Lots of scratches on the pannel side placed on the silencer Immediatly i told the workshop representetive Mr. Dhiren to look it, But he gave me gentle answer that these kind of little thins are regularly happening while transportation & assure me that dont worry that all parts are having 02 years of warranty, On his single verdict i took a delivery
          After that he clled up the mechanic & told to replace a existing bike's silencer pannel with the spare standing bike at the stock yard

          3) At the time of first free service sales staff told me dont worry for the mannual, Get your servicings done first & then we will sort out the problem
          And I followed theway as per their guidence

          4) After second free servicings when i got a little noise from engine side, i went to the service station to solve it & gave my veichle to the service department on TUESDAY 16th JUNE 2009, But no one was just ready to listen my problem properly, Mr. Dhiren was asking me to show all the past service related papers as we dont have any previous records with us & tried to neglect me by telling any issue

          Now please suggest me that IS it my duty to track all the records related to service when only oil changing is done in the name of FREE service

          This is 3rd consecutive day for the little problem follow up & I am getting the surprising answers from service department as well as sales department


          NOW I NEED HERO HONDA PERSONALLY look into this matter to help me out of this

          The service I received from the agents there was very very bad. i found them Malpractice with the other booked vehicles.
          Mr. Santosh who see the delivery point in the basement was very rude. I found him changing the panels of the vehicle and exchanging it with other vehicle.
          We are the customer of Hero Honda since long back my Father, Brother, Sister all possess Hero Honda vehicle.
          I will just suggest u that do look in this matter and please fix it. Because it causes bad impression on your brand.

          i am buy a hunk from your dwarka showroom singla automobile. my bike was service your hero honda service station sec-1dwarka shivalik station but their working is very poor . their mechanics never no about the bike .my bike was service two times in your authorised station .but the response is zero .I complain many times about the bike problem but i am always disagree by their work. I infome my service provider in herohond sreebhadra motors vellanad trivandrum but they said to me that we are not lible and we have no responce, and person asked me you will go and informe to the battery manufacturer but some battery delars said to me that we are not libile. Now plese informe me what can I do now and convince your delers and subdelers to perform the serve better and try to better custemers satisfaction.           After my last mail I got my bike back after 2 days and the engine problem was resolved but after 4 -5 days the brake started creating problem
          (The brake gets jam after 10 -15 Kms and sometimes even after 4-5 Kms) and I visited your local dealer so many time but he was not able to resolve the problem. They even changed a part which is attached to Disk Brake. I have also given a brief about this problem to Mr.Rajesh having cell number- [protected] from your delhi office .

          In between these days there were so many visits when they did not made the job sheet and said this visit will be entered in last job card because the problem is same.

          On 20th when I went to workshop they said that that our engineer from Chandigarh is coming on 22nd u come on 22nd . So I went on 22nd and Engineer Anurag gave a test drive to my bike and the bike Jammed after 3.5 Kms and he said this will take 12-15 Days and when I asked why so long he said because Mujhe bhi samjh nahi aa rahi hai kya problem hai.. then I said please try to resolve the problem within 2-3 days then the owner of the dealership Mr.Parshant said main yeh thik nahi karauga jahase karwani hai karwa le or jise bolna hai bool de and then they took the bike out of there gate and said we will not repair it and also misbehaved with me and that too physically .

          Sir I have also given a application regarding this incidence to the local Police Station but I think I have made a big mistake by purchasing a hero Honda bike because no company has right to behave with the customer like this who has spent his hard owned money. Now when the companies higher officials like you are not ready to help me then I am left with no other option except going to Consumer Court because I cannot handle any more Gundagardi of your dealer.

          I really don't know how to begin since i am furious and short of words. This is regarding my Hero Honda Bike which I purchased in the month of June from your Mandi Based dealer M/S Dee Kay Motors against Invoice Number -242 Datet-24/06/09 . Now the story is that my bike has done 2737 Kms and the first service was done on 21/7/09 when the meter reading was 510 kms and Second service[protected] KMS) was due and when I went to
          Dee Kay Motors to Hand Over My bike for servicing the concerned person took a trial of my Bike and said he will give the Bike back after some days, when I showed my concern over this and asked why, his behavior was so rude he said some noises are coming from engine and there is some major problem in it and we don’t have the spare part in our stock or “jab aayega tab daldenge” it will take time ,he said the engine might have seized due to lack of Engine oil .His way of talking was like it is some some kind of "ehsaan"they are doing on the customer. The service people at your dealer end are not only utterly rude but also treat themselves to be some kind of self styled bosses,,,, like “jab theek ho jayegi to mil jayegi”. These arrogant and in human persons will make Hero Honda lose its customers and degrade reputation of an internationally renowned company who has worked so hard to reach this position. This Kind of service and service representatives are dangerous not only for me but for you also because it will inspire customers toward other companies in the market. I never expected such an horrifying experience from a dealer and his officers in charge of the company like Hero Honda.

          My only concern is if the engine is Seized before the due service period it is a technical problem and the engine should be changed and not repaired. I am a service class person and I bought such a Expensive bike because it was my dream and passion to own a Hero Honda karizma but after this unpleasant incident I m in a big shock because I have worked very hard to buy my dream machine .Your slogan is “Dash Ki Dhadkan” but after this incident my dhadkan has stopped.

          Hero Honda is a No-1 Two wheeler Brand in India and while buying it i had a confidence that i am buying a world class product and will even get a world class after sales service but I m sorry to say that your service centre has shattered my confidence.

          I expect this to be the last unpleasant incident and request you to please take necessary steps to get the Engine of my bike changed.

          I have purchased a super splender on 27th November, 2009. from SAKSHI MOTORS, Tinsukia, Assam. The customer care service of the dealer is very poor.. They don't have sufficent working staff. Above all They have forecefully attached all the accessories viz. Security Remote Control, Side busket, and Lemination etc. But they have not issued the Money recipt of the above mentioned accessories. SAKSHI MOTROS, TINSUKIA is a very worst dealer. Company should take necessary action against the dealer. I will go to Consumer Forum against the dealer.

He sale 1000 of bikes in a month or more that that but does not have infrastructure to maintain for after sales service. Every time we give our bikes for service he always return by simply washing and not solving any problem.

          We are really helpless for servicing of our bikes as there is no alternative to go anywhere in raigarh for service. Please try to open a separate servicing center at Raigarh as the place has heavy potential for the business purpose. Or strictly instruct Goyal automobile to deal with the customer problems and instruct his employees to behave properly with the customer as they are also very rude in behavior.
          As i am one of your customer i purchased hero honda spIendor in march 2008 from NIRMAL MOTORS, KARNAL, but unfornutely on the ist free service i found my papers misplaced than i start tracing but couldn't found . Now i requested nirmal MOTORS to issue me the duplicate, i submitted 3 times affidavit but nothing has been done so far, Now they are asking for Rs. 800/- for issuing duplicate papers .

          I am riding my bike on my risk without papers, So please do needful other wise i will have to file against company in Cosumer Court .

          i have purchased herphonda passion bike at m/s s m ghatge kolhapur, maharashtra.
          since begining i m suffering fsteering problem, sometimes it is too hard and sometimes steering wobbling. i showed three times to rectify the problem but every time they are repling that fork is loose so we have tight it.
          last service on 22nd of march i told specific complaint of fork noise, after completion of service i checked but steering noise still their. i asked about the maintaince schdule even they have not checked the tyre pressure also, the steering noise at front i showed to them after that they again tight it.
          today i m comming to my town, while on the way the steering T" nut was loosed and i felt very bad about the service doen by the S M Ghatage people.
          i m not getting a satisfied answer from them.

          please look after this service and try to resolve it.

          My Bike (PASSION PRO) UP/16/Z/0680 has been serviced from DIVINE AUTO, Noida (UP) couple of day ago but service has not done properly

          I have facing lot of problem such as:
          Low mileage (30 imply)
          Chain Pocket sound
          Low pick up
          Break shoe
          No coating and polishing material available

          I have already mentioned some of them at the time of servicing but none of them resolved.

          For each complain they told to refill new engine oil. in last 7 month I have refilled new oil 7 time.

          Apart from that after one day of servicing oil tank has leaked on highway and when I reached to service center then there is a loss coupling problem of oil removal pocket and service man is around 14 year which shows how the promotion of servicing by expert false.

          My complains are 1) Poor servicing 2) less experienced staff 3) low quality material and 4) irresponsibility.

          I have bike cbz model of 2002 . When i went to GAUTAM BIKES everytime they are not giving me a response in a manner. I had given a bike to add a spare part in my bike they told u have to put a bike for a day but they dont have spare part MY job card no.989 on date 19.9.10 and for that i have taken a leave for two days as per given assuarance of Gautam bike. They take 3 days for that spare part and i was suffering from an near miss accident bec it was a part of brake.Also from that i had wasted 2 days and money to call them and to visit the shop.               I took a honda unicorn a week ago(on 30/12/2011) from the first movement its showing missing while riding it does not showing pickup of
              a 150cc bike. it shows large miissing when the engine is idle for 2 hours. I go to service centre they are saying that its will gone on first service

                Dear Sir, I have purchased one honda activa on date 21.11.2011 from PGL Honda, Bhubaneswar, Odisha and found the back wheel is not properly moving. When I asked them they replied it will rectify automatically within or after 1st Servicing. But the same problem remained onsolve within & after 1st servicing. When I complained the same problem before one servicing centre Shivam Automobiles, Puri nearby to my residence they replaced back wheel bearing, oil seal which I have compelled to purchase from them and also have to pay labour charges on their demand. My vehicle is bearing no. O.R.02 BU 3888 and is now only visited 930 km and due to back wheel jam the vehicle also swallowed more fuel and harrashed me. If such a reputed company like you will demand charges for a little changes I think the same will hamper the reputation of your firm.                     HERO HONDA HUNK — BATTERY COMPLAINT

                    I PURCHASED HERO HOND HUNK LATEST EDITION BIKE WHICH HAS NO KICK START AND HAVING REAR DISC BREAK.. DUE TO POOR BATTERY NO SELF START AND HEAVY PROBLEM IS THAT THE LATEST BATTERY IS NOT AT ALL AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET. UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD IT TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO GET BACK THE REPLACED BATTERY

In Mean time I transferred to Haridwar and i transport my bike to HW ,My Service is pending Again i follow up for my service book and I give my HW Address at the pasupati motors Daily I call in Pasupati motors But he wrote down the address and told me we courier it today but till not received, Today again I called again in PASUPATI Motors this time person behave very rudely.

                      Hero Honda — worst servicing and defect vehicles

                      i had bought a new karizma r one month ago and it always stops on rainy days, even before 500 kms i had given it for first servicing, but the problem is still exists with the bike.the following parts are already checked plug pin, fuses, connections, carborator.but the problem is not resolved.please let me know what could be the problem and can i replace my bike or can i claim this in consumer form.
                      i had bought a new Hunk Two month ago and it always Noice & loose in chainset, gear & Milage even before 2000 to 2100 kms i had given it for servicing, but the problem is still exists with the bike.the following parts are already checked Chain set, Chain cover, Nut Bolts, carborator.but the problem is not resolved.please let me know what could be the problem and can i replace my bike (Hunk to Glamour) or can i claim this in consumer form.I will not claim hunk to glamour price diffrence.

I finshed first two service from VISHNU MOTORS itself, after completion of second service the engine oil bolt removed automatically while running, now i my bike engine completely damaged. I given the bike to VISHNU MOTORS, i sent the mail to HERO HONDA their not replyed properly..

                      I have purchased Hero Honda Splendor+ Two Wheeler from Raghuvir Motors, Adalat Road, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. On dated : 06 November 2010
                      Since I have purchased this bike I am facing wobbling problem. I went to Raghuvir Motors service center and said the same problem, workshop man said me that after first servicing this problem will solve, I agreed and came back to home after first servicing.
                      But I felt that problem was not solved, Due to this problem one time I fell down. I went again to Raghuvir Motors service center for second servicing. Workshop man has take the trial and said that no problem in this bike. I convince to him, but he is not agree to my problem. Than I self find out the problem that Rear Tyre problem (Tyre was changed by paid some amount), but wobbling problem was not solved.
                      I don't have time to go so many times to servicing center, what I can do now.
                      Three servicing is completed, but wobbling problem was not solved.
                      I have purchased the New Bike for my ease not for such types of the problems.
                      I have purchased the bikde before six months, but problem was not solved and i facing the problem till now.

                                  It is in reference to INVOICE No 68622, INVOICE DATE 11/12/2011, I brought HERO HONDA PLEASURE from JAI KUMAR ARUN KUMAR (P) LTD MEERUT, At the time of purchase the concerned staff informed me that it is mandatory to get installed accessory of Rs 1600.Without this the vehicle would not be delivered however through negotiation I managed and agreed to get installed only selected items i.e. Rubber Mat, Side Stand And Foot Rest by cash payment of Rs 760.The cash receipt against payment is not provided to me with invoice, however on demand item wise price list is given to me which is given below- Rubber Mat-Rs 120,Side Stand Rs 110 and Foot Rest Rs 530.All these items are available in the local market at much cheaper rates. Without my consent they charged Rs 330 for Optional extended warranty. They even demanded Rs 180 for number plate which is already installed in the vehicle. I did not paid when they refused to give me the cash receipt. I communicated entire episode to Mr Vippin Jain which is not at all taken seriously. Overall impression is that the concern agency is plundering the wealth of innocent consumers under the brand name of HERO HONDA {Now HERO} and unfortunately this is being done quite openly. I am very much aggravated to receive such treatment at the time of purchase of HERO product. Kindly take necessary remedial measures to provide me some relief so that I can again recover my lost faith in HERO BRAND.

After running only 600 Km (Six Hundred Km) it has develope engine problem and releasing lot of smoke, also from very start the bike didn't get start without choke and self start only work after running of 7 - 10 Km...Now bike is standing at workshop of Honda Ganpati as got feedback from workshop person that engine needs to open and work need to be done on engine...I WANT REPLACEMENT OF THIS BIKE AT ANY COST.

                                    my name is keshav sharma .i purchesd honda shine up-32,da-3421 in JUGAL KISHORE HONDA at 9 december 2010.after 4 month i have problem that my bike engine is knoking and vibration,honda service manager mr.AMIT JAUHARI told me that u will pay this work.i told him that my bike is underwarrnty so i can not pay,after many hour he agree with me but i pay some money .again three months lather that same problem in my bike,he again solve but again after 3 months that same problem in my bike and he refuse me that he can not do anything and check ur bike in other bike service shop. plz help me

                                    Honda — too much smoke from bike

                                    my bike thriughting too much smoke but when i m telling same to the branch manager he is not actioning on my complain
                                    I buy Honda shine RJ20 SP 7028 in 2nd of March 2011.With in one year I found problem excess smoke,engine vibration and abnormal sound.I inform to my service center ,he open engine without inform me(Date on 01/11/2011). But I face same problem in date on 15/11/2011.And rim problem also. I submit my bike again service center(Modern Moters, 1&2 Jhalawar road,KOTA. Ph.[protected].


                                    It is faulty product of Honda, so that I am not continue with your product. So that return my money or replace your product.

                                    It is my shameful experience with Honda machinery, I am really upset and mentally harass due to engine problem with in seven months.

                                    My Honda Shine Bike is 10 months old, but for the last one month my bike engine is getting excess heat after 10 km ride and engine is getting excess heat and bike get struck..service mechanic saying every thing is fine.. no problem with bike.. but still i am getting the same problem? please suggest?

                                    Hi I have bought Honda bike 1 year back. From the first week itself i found the dry engine, engine vibration... I have waited for 1 st service and till now I have finish all my free services. Still I am seeing the same problem. Fist two services I thought Engine Oil problem. Recently Service center people said this is the engine problem need to service the engine otherwise need to change the engine.

                                    Any one please give the Idea of how to solve my issue. Please suggest me

                                    I have purchase honda shine bike on nov. 2015 ...pichhale kuchh dino se engine ka heating problem aa raha hai...10 km ke baad bike bahot heat hoti hai aur...average bhi bahot kam mil raha hai...mechanic bolta hai sab ok hai fir bhi problem hai...koi solution hoga to plz suggest me

                                      Myslef Love, now living in Gurgaon, we have purchased one Honda Acitva HR-26 BL 0942 from Ganpati Honda, Sec. 14, Gurgaon before 4 to 5 months . now we have 2 service done from Ganpati Honda, Sec. 14 without any problem. after 2 service my Activa small accecident from front side in Gurgaon, Near Harish bakery in Sec. 7 by 2 boys wrong side in U Turn after that my activa some front side is mold and some dent and pent problem . than i gave the Activa in Ganpti Honda, Sec. 14 for Accidental after some days i went in Ganpati Honda, Sec. 14 for pick of my Activa. after that last pick up my activa from service center at 7 O'clock something. after 5 minuts my horn is not wkg . so same time i send a message for ankur which is handling accidental case for my horn. only 4 to 5 Km my Activa run after that i heared some sound from backend i noticed but not location found so that we can see actual problem. so i thought already we are going in tomarrow evening in Ganpati Honda, Sec. 14 for my horn problem than i will informed to him for check of this bibration sound problem. after that i reached at Sec. 14 S.Center after finish my job near about 6 O'clock and informed to Mr. Ankur for Horn and Some Bibration type sound which is coming from Back Side of Acitva. after that engg. checked and saying maybe this sound is coming from No. Plate. he convey for me for this. after that again drive but more noise was coming so again went in Service Center for proper check of this problem. than he is saying your Drum is broken and your activa is running on 3 Screws aur apne tyre open bhi karwaya hai bhahar. i told him jab abhi tak pencher hi nah hua to mail open kyon karwaunga aur aap muje service de rahe to koi other problem par mai apke pas aaunga. so i asked the question how can it broken than he is saying from some stone and other thing. and it will change on chargeable base. asked the amound from incharge than he told me full set with RIM is 1555 Price but you have done your activa from here last night so now we can give in 655 price for onyl DRUM. otherwise i[censored] dont want to change than you should run on 3 Screw and it will not change in under warrenty. so sir PLZ SUGGEST HOW CAN DRUM BROKEN EVEN IT IS MORE IMPORTANT PART OF VECHICLE. now small broken in Drum if just big crack in Durn and than who will responsilbe any accident with me and other family member which is driving activa. MY CONCERN IS NOT 655 RS. MY CONCERN IS HOW CAN IT BROKEN. ab mujhe aur meri family ko DAR DAR KE ACTIVA CHALANI PAD RAHI HAI ki pata nahi kab iska koi part TUT jaye. so plz suggest. and every person is know very well DRUM is not soft part so it will break from STONE AND OTHER THING and customer ise khud todega bhi nahi. so plz SUGGEST WHAT CAN WE DONE IN THIS SITUATION. and any service engg. and sr. person is not able to give the clarification for broken drum . and now we are scared of next time servicing in Any Honda Service Center. because customer Company me EK TRUST PAR AATA HAI. ye problem aj mere sath hua hai aur pata nahi kitne logo ke sath hota hoga aur hoga. so plz suggest.

                                      Hi Mr .love I have read your complaint and shocked that what the [censored] these people are doing my activa was running perfectly then me service karwane jata hu ganpati auto pe to muje baad me phone ata hai ki sir rear wheel ka drum change karna padega muje ye samaj nahi ata in logo ka sala jab scooter sahi chal raha hai to saman apne ap kese tut sakta hai i mean they are harrasssing lot of people for the sake of this brand called HONDA .I THINK WE SHOULD FILE A CASE AGAINST THEM BY GATHERING ALL THE HARRASSED PEOPLE WITH US .
