[Resolved] Honda Twister — IMPROPER RESPONSE FROM DEALER | |||
Dear Sir, I Amit Kumar Bhardwaj has purchased bike( Honda Twister) in October 2010 from Sai point Thane near TMC Office. During my first service I complained about the Bike Jerking problem which is due manufacturing defect of the Gear Box but they have not resolved the problem and informed me that it is resolved. During my second service I complained the same thing to them, In addition to this I also complained about the oil leakage from engine but they have not resolved both the problems. They called me again after i informed them about the problem but again also they have not resolved the above problems. For both the service they charged me but do not solve the problem.Even they are not giving me proper response. Further the details of my contact no and bike are as follows. BIKE NO.
