MY wife purchase a new Honda activa scooter from local dealer "SRISHTI HONDA" Kotdwara-246149, Uttrakhand in the mid of year 2008 .
The scooter is giuving us lots of problem in self start and kick start from the very bigning of the purchase, it gives us a bad impression on us Honda is a reputated company we can not imagine such a bad product from the company like Honda.

Through this mail I would like to request to the company to replace our scooter with a good one or refund us full amount, so that we purchasee a new scooter of other company.

i have purchase a new honda activa from B.U.Bandhari .4 months a go .
i m faceing a prolem with the colour of the vehicle .
its white activa, and with one month there is a change in colour of the vehicle, its become creamish .
i did get back to b.u.bhandari, n they did help me out but its not satisfying . n now they r not ready to answer. n did spoil the texture of the paint . .

I have booked a activa deluxe on 01.10.09 at J S P AUTOMOTIVE., CHENNAI-600011.And my receipt number is ADLX369.During the time of booking they promised me 60days., Now they says that 2nd week of Jan 2010, due to strike we are not getting activa deluxe load.,
Kindly confirm how long i have to wait to get the vechile or otherwise., i will go to some other good brands which is easily aviliable
Plz keep up the promise what you assuredto the customers at the time of booking., I am feeling shame and bad opinion on hero activa products

BOOKED FOR ACTIVA, DELUX ON 24=10-09, AT AMALAPURAM, BY PAYING RS.1000/-, ON AN ASSURANCE GIVENBY THEM, THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD BE DELIVERED, WITH IN A PERIOD OF LESS THAN 3 MONTHS.I BELIEVED THEM.

BUT IT WAS NOT HAPPEND.

I HAVE APPROCHED THEM FOUR TIMES, & THEY ARE GIVING THE SAME STOCK &, VAGUE REPLY THAT THE VEHICLE WILL BE DELIVERD SOON..FIRST THEY SAID ITWAS 25TH JAN., NEXT 31ST. JAN, NEXT FIRST WEEK FEB, AGAIN 15TH FEB, AGAIN MAY BE BY FEB MONTH END.

NOW IFEEL THAT I SHOULD NOT OPT FOR HONDA, AS BETTER VEHICLES ARE AVAILABLE THAN THIS, AS THE PURPOSE WAS NOT SERVED, & I COUD NOT GET IT IN APPROPRIATE TIME
IS 'SRI KODURI HONDA ' YOUR AUTHORISED TO BOOK YOUR VEHICLES?.

I REGRET MYSELF FOR BOOKING THE HONDA VEHICLE.
