Bad performance of Honda activa scooter
Sir
MY wife purchase a new Honda activa scooter from local dealer "SRISHTI HONDA" Kotdwara-246149, Uttrakhand in the mid of year 2008 .
The scooter is giuving us lots of problem in self start and kick start from the very bigning of the purchase, it gives us a bad impression on us Honda is a reputated company we can not imagine such a bad product from the company like Honda.
Through this mail I would like to request to the company to replace our scooter with a good one or refund us full amount, so that we purchasee a new scooter of other company.

i have purchase a new honda activa from B.U.Bandhari .4 months a go .
i m faceing a prolem with the colour of the vehicle .
its white activa, and with one month there is a change in colour of the vehicle, its become creamish .
i did get back to b.u.bhandari, n they did help me out but its not satisfying . n now they r not ready to answer. n did spoil the texture of the paint . .

I have booked a activa deluxe on 01.10.09 at J S P AUTOMOTIVE., CHENNAI-600011.And my receipt number is ADLX369.During the time of booking they promised me 60days., Now they says that 2nd week of Jan 2010, due to strike we are not getting activa deluxe load.,
Kindly confirm how long i have to wait to get the vechile or otherwise., i will go to some other good brands which is easily aviliable
Plz keep up the promise what you assuredto the customers at the time of booking., I am feeling shame and bad opinion on hero activa products |

| I HAVE PURCHASE ACTIVA DLX ON 08/12/2010 FROM BANIK MOTOR, PALTA, 24-PGS(N), WB BUT I HAVE NOT GET ANY MANNUAL BOOK TILL NOW. |
BOOKED FOR ACTIVA, DELUX ON 24=10-09, AT AMALAPURAM, BY PAYING RS.1000/-, ON AN ASSURANCE GIVENBY THEM, THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD BE DELIVERED, WITH IN A PERIOD OF LESS THAN 3 MONTHS.I BELIEVED THEM.
BUT IT WAS NOT HAPPEND.
I HAVE APPROCHED THEM FOUR TIMES, & THEY ARE GIVING THE SAME STOCK &, VAGUE REPLY THAT THE VEHICLE WILL BE DELIVERD SOON..FIRST THEY SAID ITWAS 25TH JAN., NEXT 31ST. JAN, NEXT FIRST WEEK FEB, AGAIN 15TH FEB, AGAIN MAY BE BY FEB MONTH END.
NOW IFEEL THAT I SHOULD NOT OPT FOR HONDA, AS BETTER VEHICLES ARE AVAILABLE THAN THIS, AS THE PURPOSE WAS NOT SERVED, & I COUD NOT GET IT IN APPROPRIATE TIME
IS 'SRI KODURI HONDA ' YOUR AUTHORISED TO BOOK YOUR VEHICLES?.
I REGRET MYSELF FOR BOOKING THE HONDA VEHICLE. |

I have booked vehicle on 24/02/2010 Honda Activa in with boking amount is Rs.1000 rupees and boking number is 3404 in Orange Auto Private Limited at Rahul colony Tolichowki Hyderabad.
At that time they told me after 60 days you will receive vechile, Than later i had given a call to the show room on this number 9160102226 they told me that at least 60 days has to be complete.
After that I have completed the 60 days i went to the show room it means 26/04/2010 they told me,
Mr.Muzafar says Sir you can take the vehicle on 29/04/2010, Then again I had visited the showroom on 29/04/2010 they had taken all my documents xerox copies and the process has done and they taken the down payment also Rs.16529 rupees of cash payment done, later 1 hour they says your vechile still not at came your have to wait one to two weeks more is the way they are cheating the coustmers.
At the same time I call the number 9160102226 she says sir your vehicle is not come you have to wait two weaks more.
Can I get my vehicle or not please tell me

I have owned honada activa since feb 2002.
I also faced similar problem of self start, kick etc.
Rightnow in Nasik (maharashtra) silver colour fering i.e.handlecover is not available since last 2-3 months, This part of my activa is broaken & i unable to drive.
Is this kind of management we expect from reputed mnc like Honda Moters.
Now tell me what should i do or what can you do for me .

I have booked vehicle on 18/12/2009 Honda Activa in with boking amount is Rs.1000 rupees and boking number is 6495 with the dealer Auto World in AMBALA.
At that time they told me after 90 days you will receive vechile, After that I have completed the time period i went to the show room.But they saiod it will take some more time.Then after Two weeks i went there, again the response was same, The same thing Happens Number of times.Actually they are lingering the matter.
Please let me know Whether I will get my vehicle

your activa had lot of problems right from the day one.its hand brakes are not having plastic wrapped on it.consequently it is impossible to brake activa in summer as livers are too hot to hold even for a momet in hottest summer. further to state that its front jumpers are also hopeless.it does not give at all good average.REALLY IT IS NOT AT ALL UP TO JAPANESE MARK.IT PERFORMS LIKE ORDINARY BAJAJ SCOOTERS
