I have purchased a HP paviloion notebook. the details of the notebook is mentioned below

But i am very sorry to say that from the day one, my DVD writer is giving very abnomal sound and also a very high vibration. also somtimes it reads CD but with a very large time while sometime it hangs.
Sir, i am also a technical person and i think that there is somthing loose in the DVD writer of my laptop. i have already lodged a comlaint to your helpline but there is no solution till date. They are saying that i have to visit your Patna(Bihar) service centre. sir, i am presently residing at Begusarai (Bihar) and for me it is very difficult to go visit your service centre. so i request you to send a technical person to rectify the same or at least to access the basic problem so that further action can be taken.
An early response will be highly appreciable.

ihave sent the draft after it was rejected as redemption code was genereted for camera and i therefore i sent another draft for1299 on 17march this year i also talked to redemption cell and i dont have dd no. so plz tell me an alternative as soon as possible.my no.is [protected]
