i am having a compaq laptop of model number v3424au...couple of months ago it has no display problem.hp service provider detected it as motherboard problem...and they did replaced it . but when i asked for written details of hardware replaced, they said they are not authorised to disclose the details .
being a consumer of product, i am entitle to know the details of the hardware replaced and should have the record.
on 27th dec 2008 i have bought a presario C700 (C797VU) S/N -(s)CND87360XL AND ON 6TH JAN MY LOPTOP SPEAKER IS NOT WORKING
May i know the address of Compaq service centres inDURGA PUR(WB).so that i can go directly over there and show my laptop
I have one compaq note book model no, 6211AU latop which shows the last month display problem, i shown to the laptop service center which situated in PUNE, Vintech Eletronic System Pvt Ltd.cause my laptop is under warranty period thats why i shown to him on dated 7th feb 2009, and submit the laptop for repair now till date there is no any progress from service center, and shown varioous chip reason.
and mainly Pune authorised only service center provide like such type of service, then how can we trust on brand, if agin again service like this then you have loose your customer as own. Please take necessary action on it otherwise we choose another way.

hi I am Ankit, I bought a laptop like 2 yrs ago... Now from last one week it is showing problem.That is it is not starting up at all. I have shown to a couple service centre in delhi, but both of them said their is a problem in the mother board. both of them also said that this series of laptop has some problem in genral.above all I am not able to locate a service centre in delhi...Anybody Please help me..
i want to know why companies can get away with treating ther customers like something on the end of their shoes especially currys i bought a compaq laptop afe months ago, as iam disabled and dont get out i was so happy then it started to go wrong the volume dissappeared then the whole laptop shut down completely no light nothing this went on for a few months so i called currys and ask them for a brand new one as this one was brand new no they had no intentions of handing over a brand new one or my cash, i explained i was disabled and heard crackling noises come from it then i went to lift it and got a bad shock thats when i saw all the sparks coming from it and thats what all the crackling noises were .The whole thing could have went up in flames and what chance would i have had due to my disability.so much to my disagreement i let them take it to get fixed, but that was a waste of time because it still doesnt work the thing keeps cutting off completely and the volume has gone as well now some times when by luck the volume comes back its like someone firing a machine gun, its very disturbing i got a terrible fright so i want to know who can help me get my money back as there is still plenty of months left on the guarantee, I dont see why people should be treated in this manner after they have parted with ther hard earned cash ig its faulty replace it or give a full refund, because before you know it it will be getting fixed more times than you have used it these people should be named and shamed does anyone agree .please help
I have purchased a compaq laptop CQ60-209TU on 27-04-09 bearing serial no. (S)2CE9066P6T and PNO-(IP)NL062PA and have been facing a problem with the toucpad(mouse) and have send the laptop to ur Hissar Service Center, but have been getting no proper response from them for almost a week. Please help.
