I would like to inform you, that services of hp is highly disgusting, got the drives replaced from the centre, since then it is not accepting any OS,informed centre about the problem , they are shrugging off saying we don't deal in software.

i took one compaq p 700 laptop from banglore.from the day i took dat till dis day its giving me problems like first its speakers got destroyed after two months of buying. nw dat laptop is nt working also i havnt got a chance to give it for free service.kindly take my complaint as serious and solve my problem.

sir i have purchased one laptop CQ-60 make from nehru place delhi on july09 .now warranty period but since starting my dvd writer is not properly working condition .now it has totally stop working . initially it was not reading most of dvd's .now problem is that neither it's not getting open nor reading any disc .it seems that it's supply is not connected what i should do now .becose i m presently in suratgarh rajusthan .plz suggest me any nearer servicing center of Compaq

in giving service and in changing parts

service senter taking my time of 15 days
and still not repaired my laptop

I purchased a compaq presario cq60 104 tu laptop in november 08 from nehru place hp showroom.
It is being working allright till last night when it showed a problem as "Plugged in, Not charging".

my name is pawan kumar.from meerut.
i have purchased my laptop last year in july. from that day after alternate time i go to service center.
every month i go to center .cost of part that i replace through service center is more than laptop price. iam pursing in mca.everyone say compaq is best.but iam not satisfied with this irequest to take action because my warranty has finished this month.my family is not capable to gave money for laptop service. so i request togave me best response as soon as posible.
