I have purchased one Desktop model Compaq Presario SG3630IL PC on 28th Feb'09 from Arshan Systech Pvt Ltd, chennai vide their Invoice no 3383 with an offer of free printer and ups from HP by remitting an amount of Rs. 999/- Accordingly I have completed all formalitiesby registering the product at their website and send the DD and copy of invoice and barcode details on 17th Mar'09 ( 20th Mar'09 was the last date for submission)
My redemption code is F0YUVVQ1LO.
I have not heard anything from company and not receied nay response to my followup

I buy one Compaq Presario PC(Destop) model sl.no .SG3770IL & HP w 185 Monitor (sl.no. INL2-0HJRG) Dated on 30.03.2009. There are free gift scheme of HP printer and ups. I buy this cumputer from GOBAL COMPUTECH, Shop No-7, Krishna Arcade, Old Gajawaka, Visakhapatnam-530026. vide cash memo no 2330, dtd 30.03.09. Till date I am not received these free gifts
Manytimes I complant in this shop but I have no reply from that side .
Now I am felling that HP compaq cheeting with me, because this is six month old case, if you not responce about my case within two to three days then I go to the consumer court.

I had purchashed compaq Desktop SG 3630IL Desktop on 25th Feb 2009 and sent a DD as per HP Redemption cell's Terms and condition.I recieved a UPS but did not recieve the printer yet.I had tried to call the redemption cell office and emailed them on this regard but noting has been done till date.My redemption code is MJDRTTZFE.Pls help me.
