Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 607419 and the dealers name & tel no is New Sawhney Gas Delhi , tel no is 22526366.I had booked the gas on 27/11/07 on the general booking number 1716 and booking number was 23. I have yet to receive the delivery.
I am not ben able to contact the gas agency on the phone. Even the complaint number of HP 22408306 is also not responding.
Even after introducing very good system of booking the refill on 1716 and through internet, the end result is not satisfactory. We have to struggle in contacting the agency. It may pleas be reviwed and reasons may please be ascertained. Corrrective measues may please be taken to adress the grivances.
I am the regular customer since 1996 of HP gas services providing by
you. I am facing very much difficulties till today in refilling of LPG
cylinders from our HP distributor in Nashik mentioned below. I am not
cylinders after 15 days / 1 month from the date bookings.
Presently i have booked for refilling and distributor is

the service of hp is very worst where as in distributing lpg to consumers and is very perfect in black marketing the sylinders, and also in issuing multiple connections on the same by the dealers, thus hp is simply supporting the dealers but not the public.
i m booked as consumer no. 616600 with Gupta Brotheres katni, mp .i booked a refill on HD 18373 on 15/09/08  but have not been supplied gas even after more than one moths. their telephone 's r always busy .this is not the first time i have always been troubled by this gas agency .kindly find some permanent solution and arrange supply immediately my cell no is here

I Hariom Sonthalia, consumer no. 605534 had booked a L.P.G. gas cylinder on 8.9.2008. Of booking serial no. 2409.The distributor’s name is Inderraj Aggarwal, panagarh base, p.o arjunpur, Dist-burdwan[W.B.], DISTRIBUTOR CODE-960870, phone no. 03432512252. On further calling they did not receive any calls. The retailer, Mr. Agnimitra [mob. no. 09434743199] on being called, said that he won’t help me as he was out of station for some of his personal reason. On further request he said that he would help me with the dealer . After some times when I again called him, his mobile was switched off. All this happened on 4.10.2008.on the same day, the dealer said that bookings upto serial no. 2759 have been delivered. As we can observe, my booking no. 2409 had already passed. But no delivery had been made to me.when I asked him, he said that he DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING. Before the aforesaid booking, I had complained 3-4 times to the area sales officer [Mr. Agnimitra ] then only I got the delivery. I need the delivery as I have emergency and I am facing this problem regularly. The area sales officer doesn’t take any action on my complains. And please do reply to me only on 09332139953 or 03432525295 and not by email..the last delivery I got was on 18.7 2008.
now the question which arises is that how do I get this problem solved forever???????????
I am a long standing consumer of HP LPG cylinders. My cons. no is 612659 and the dealer is Bharti gas, Bibwewadi, pune. Since am a working woman, I have to book my refill on phone. Bharti phones are perpetually busy. If I visit the shop for booking the shop, inspite of the time being 9 a.m., it does not open till 9.30. The staff comes at their own sweet time after 10a.m. If asked for an an explanation one gets rude answer. Can anything be done? can I book my refill by bypassing Bharti whom I have no wish to contact again.
It is surprising that he dishes out this treatment to consumers in this market driven economy.
Hope to get a quick redressal from you.
I have facing the issue of not getting the HP Gas cylinder in time from last 1 year. I stay in hadapsar and never get the delivery in time. It takes min 15days to deliver.many time i got delivery through there employee without booking and complaint about less quantity of gas provided by u so he toled take it otherwise wait again 15 days, every time i have to take approx half cylender by m/s ekta gas agency, bhadauriya complex kanpur road lucknow up, i have already log a complaint about the same but from your side not any effective step taken my COMPLAINT ID 7203C DATED 02/10/2008, m/s ekta gas agency is the worst class service provider of HP in hadapsar, SINCE LAST THREE MONTH THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING GAS REFILING
Also they never weigh the cylinder rather they never carry the weighing machine with them.

My customer no. is 616132 and dealer code is 466230 (M/s. Rukmani Gas Agency, 10 / 1B, Maruthamalai Road, Kalveerampalayam Kovai (Cooimbatore). I booked for LPG Refill on 21.10.2008 and I was informed that LPG Refill will be delivered within a period of 10 to 12 days from the date of booking. However till date nothing is forthcoming from their end.This type of delay is a regaular feature here. For the last five days I am regularly trying to contact them over phone, but it is not even answered. THe phone Nos. provided by them are 0422 - 2425793 and 0422-2423141 and 09894559849. These nos. are provided by the dealer for use of the customers as a facility for making enquires. However it is brought to your kind notice that these phone nos. are never attended to or otherwsie it gives only a engaged tone. Hence it is kindly requested to do the needful in this matter. It is also a adivise to the concerned dealer that if they don't want to entertain their customers over these phone nos. it may better be informed to us so that we will never waste our time by making enquiries over phone in future.

I have booked gas on 04/11/2008, till today they have not delivered gas to me. When I ask them, they always told me that u book your complaint .i book my complaint on 05/11/08. when i ask about my complaint no.they did not give me my complaint no.and said i book your complaint go to your home your gas cylinder receive u tommarow but when i go to GO DOWN to take cylinder i did not receive gas cylinder and Again they are not issuing the receipt

I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM TO BOOK A CYLINDER BUT NO ONE IS PICKING THE PHONE, THERE ARE 3 NUMBERS BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE CALLS.WE HAVE TO FACE THIS KIND OF HARASSMENT EVERY FEW MONTHS.IS THERE ANY RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM WHO COULD LOOK INTO THIS MATTER? ITS A SHAME, A REPUTED NAME LIKE HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM IS RECRUITING THESE KIND OF IRRESPONSIBLE AGENCIES, WHO DONT LOOK INTO THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS.

BALAJI GAS AGENCY, ASKA, GANJAM, ORISSA is the worst class service provider of HP in ASKA, GANJAM rather they supplies Gas in time to the MAFIAs and BLACK MARKETERS .The said agency supplies gas to with higher charges (Rs.550/-) per cylinder when we barely required it. Kindly resolve the issue soon for the well being of general public those resides in ASKA.

I have booked for HP LPG refil cylinder on my Gas Connection No.706113 at Panwar Gas Agency, Shop No.10, Sector 13, GDA Market, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad about 15 days back, but I have not been able to get the cylinder refilled as yet. Please take up the matter with the concerned agency and instruct them to supply the same, as my last cylinder is going to finish any time.
Why this happens offenly with Shivshanti Gas, Dhanakwadi?
1) They do not have a proper computerised system, book manually, always they make the receipts manually
2) They are severely loaded more than their capacity
3) Priority of delivering the cylinders to the particular customers who are blessing them
I am using services of Hindustan Petroleum from 2003, recently I got transferred from Mumbai to Kolkata. I handed over my two cylinders and Regulator to Lalit Agencies in Vashi Navi Mumbai, they gave me transfer letter and told me it will be done in any HP Gas agency in Kolkata. I handed over the documents to Sushma Gas and Gadget in CK market, Saltlake city Kolkata. Then they told me that we need to verify your credential through Internet, and after verification it will be done by tommorrow. Next day I called up, person picks the phone and told me call after 1:30 p.m. then I called up at 2 p.m. got the answer there was some problem in the Internet we have not done the verification yet, Please call tommorrow. Next day again I called up and person told me we are very busy call at around 1 p.m. I called up 1 p.m got the answer due to "Kolkata Band" we are facing scarcity of the staffs, so pls call tommorrow. I enquired from my friend and he told me tommorrow offices will closed. Then there will be sunday and republic day, it looks like transferring a GAS connection is a never ending story with Hindustan Petroleum.
I am the consumer of LPG connection wide no. 622782 of Pawar gas agency, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad (U.P.) I had booked my refill on dt. 08.01.2009 but still i am waiting for delivery of my gas cylinder Every time I am getting reply "gas will be delivered within next two three days". I have finished second one also. Today they told me that refill is delivering today but not delivered.

I am the consumer of MAHALAXMI GAS SERVICE, (B-2, Geetanjali Tower, Near ESI Hospital, Ajmer Road, JAIPUR, my Consumer No.114276 . I had booked my refilling of LPG Cylinder on 19.01.2009, which was delivered on my residence on 02.02.2009. I am very surprised that inspite of reduction in refilling charges agency has send invoice Rs. 335.65. on contacting the said agency no response received . It is requested to please issue necessary directive to the agency for return of my excess amount immediately, or other wise I am free to take legal action through consumer court. Early action is anticipated.
