respected sir, sub:problum in gas transfer hyderabad to tirupati. this is kumarswamyreddy.A, I am sun-in-law of A.laxmidevi, i am using this gas connection past 10 years. recently i am transfered from hyderabad to tirupathi. I am taken transfer -form receipt hyderbad office somajiguda. but suddenly i came to know that the transfer receipt is sent to vijayawada. this is almost one month is over, no body is giveing proper response, so pls kindly check it and take action against this issue custer name: A.Laxmidevi. consumer no;556000 dealer code;952370 s.no.SZ:8410527 thanking you, yours faithfully, kumarswamyreddy.A

NOT SPECIFIC — getting new connection-reg

Recently govt make a GO for getting new connection, ration card is NOT required but still Gas agencies are insisting the same. Also importantly, for getting new connection they are insisting the customers to buy other products such as gas stove, cooker etc, without which they will not give new connection. i made around throughout all places they insist the same. The overall cost is around Rs 4000/ (four thousand). Is it really one of the rule ?

HP Gas — New Registration for Gas takes long Time

I registered in one of HP's retail outlet 'RV Gas Agency' at Balanagar in Jan '11 book serial No 892, They said it would take 3 months for connection.

Later contacting them after 3 months on phone, they always insist to come only in the peek office work hours to take the connection, but when we reach they always say we are still at 400 count.

Later I registered online line but still no use,

Also they are other ways to get connection with this agency, but still I hope there is right procedure and some where somebody monitors there set procedures functionality.(HP Retail)

I, Jagpal Singh s/o Jarnail Singh resident of village Kulewal PO Rajewal Samrala Distt Ludhiana Punjab. Sir, I have booked one HP Gas connnection vide registration No.14664 dated 12/3/2011 (R/C 222080/309) with M/s Chopra Gas Agency, LPG Distributor, Chandigarh road Samrala Distt Ludhiana Pb. P.No.263400. But I am to sorry to say that I have visited so many times to M/s Chopra Gas Agency, Samrala, but they refuse to issue me the above HP gas connection and told that this connection will not be issued to you. It is worth mentioning here that at the time booking my above connection they issued me Gas stove @ Rs.1600/- but said chullah is not in use at all. Sir, Please look into the matter and release my above connection immeidately. Hoping for favourable reply please.

I applied for new LPG gas connection on Registration Date : 08/03/2013 and Registration No :[protected].

From last six months i am visiting to Gas agency to get new connection and every time i get reason many customers request are pending so come in next month. And now after i got info of online registration, its almost 15 days have been passed for online registration no status update from HP.

Kindly intimate the status. How long it will take to get new connection. Is there any dead line.
