[Resolved]  HP India — HP redemption cell

I had purchased a COMPAQ laptop on OCT 2008. After fulfilling certain procedure they were supposed to give a KODAK camera but its been 45 days overI have n't received that yet. The HP redemption cell No is also responding but each time each reduces your rupees.
Can you please let me know what should be done?

The online redemption (Redemption code - BH8VWQFEGK) scheme was entitled for (VEDEOCON LCD) I have send you the DD of Rs 9000 in favor of(Solutions Integrated Marketing Services PVT, LTD.)payable at new delhi from State Bank of India made on 30th JAN-2010 & sent by courior with required documents. HP Compaq — FREE GIFT POLICY OF COMPANY IS MAKING FOOL

AFETR 6 MONTHS LONG TIME 2DAY I SAW THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE FREE GIFT FOOL MAKING POLICY OF HP. THERE ARE SEVERAL PERSONS WHO COULDN'T GET THEIR GIFT ASSURED BY THE COMPANY. SIX MONTHS AGO I PAID 9000.00 DD IN FAVOUR OF COMPANY FOR LCD, BUT MY MONEY GONE WASTE, BECAUSE ITS INTEREST AND ITS TODAYS COST IN MARKET IS NOT DIFFERENT YET. IF THE HP COMPANY DELIVERS ME THE GIFT AFTER ONE OR TWO YEAR THAT TIME ITS COST'LL BE LESS THEN I PAID. BECAUSE ELECTRONIC GUDS ARE BEING CHEEPER DAY BY DAY. SO MY SUGGESTION FOR COMPANY IS THAT DONT MAKE YOUR COUSTMERS FOOL AND END THESE FRAUD GIFT POLICY SOON.

I have purchased a desktop of Compaq in the month of Feburary 09 from Gorakhpur in which I got an oppertunity to get a printer and UPS as gift in Rs. 1000/-. I made a DD and I got an UPS in last month from OVERNITE courier. but still I have not receiv Printer.

i have purchased a hp pavillion dv6 laptop 1319tx on 22nd jan 2010.that time there was a offer with laptop tat we can get lcd tv worth rs17000 for rs9000 only...i registerd for the offer.MY REDEMPTION CODE IS........ANME2RZ3QX........NOW 10 MONTNS ARE PASSED NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY COUSTMER CARE IS USELESS NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE...................I WAS COMITED TO RECEIVE IT IN 4 MONTHS............THERE IS A MENTAL TENSION ON MY MIND AS I AM NOT TOO RICH AND MY DAD WORKS VERY HARD FOR MONEY..........SO PLEASE HELP ME
I have purchased Hp cartridges and after registering its number i received a message that I have won some gift but after that neither I get the gift nor any response from the Hp people in this concern I have made many call to hp delhi customer care no but of no use my efforts were futile - messages also were not responded.

i have purchased a noebook on 3.11.10 and registered for gift coupon on 5.11.10. further i have recieved a message on 23.11.10 that on verification the gift will be dispatched and informed but till date on information or gift voucher has been recieved . my redemtion no. is 2212412
I happened to be unfortunate to have purchased one HP laptop model no HP 431 during the month of Sept, 2012 and I never knew that by shelling out hand some amount of hard earned money I am being delivered JUNK which has no quality . It started giving trouble within 3-4 months after winter at the time of setting in of summers with thermal heating and automatic switching off the system within 10 minutes o[censored]se. After hectic complaints the system was inspected and the fan assembly has to be ordered and replaced which wasted at least 7-8 day to comes. After repair/replacement it was assured that the same shall function properly for times to come. Again the system starte companyd giving the same thermal heating problem from the first week of June 2013 and got aggravated within a week time and system get heated up with in 10-15 minutes & shut off.

It appears that HP has lost its repo on account of its quality and selling its JUNK product to buyers who pays the cost for it. I would request M/S HP to look in to my problem and replace the system with some New System which could be utilized with some trust . If action is taken by M/S HP with in 10 days then I shall be moving to consumer Court and file a case of Cheating by the Company, My contact # [protected] ( RAKESH CHOPRA)
I had purchased a laptop from innova system c g road Ahmedabad . Now screen is fleeking, I put laptop for repair to afore serve . Com limited on 12-8-13
Till date I called five times. I am not getting satisfactory answer.
My Name is Wasim Akram & i have purchased a HP Pavilion Laptop having serial no 5CB4191V0L. I have register a complaint regarding hanging of laptop. HP investor grievance has register my complaint and allocated a case id to Me (i.e. [protected])

As per my conversation with HP customer representative - They have check
my laptop with the help of online system verification facility of HP
& try to recognize the problem. But unable to recognize the problem.
Then they have forwarded my case to nearest HP Service center.

They also told me HP representative will come with in 24 business hours and
verify the system. Its already more than 3 business days & still
the Person has not visited.

Problem still persist in laptop. Its newly buy laptop on 28/07/2014 from CROMA store of Kandivali west - Mumbai - Maharashtra.

I want to replace my exiting laptop but they are not replying my mail .
