[Resolved]  Hp / Laptop — bad service & cheating

I am the unhappy customer since I bought my laptop from HP.
Recently I went with a problem to

Problem was that my system was getting restarted abruptly with a blue screen saying “physical dump memory” . I tried reinstalling windows vista through my recovery disk but it failed while formatting the drive continuously and I was not able to install my operating system.
When I went at the service centre at Okhla they told me that your system is out of warranty and asked me 1400 Rs for installing operating system and I agreed on that.
Just after two days I got a call from them that my RAM & DVD Drive is not working and I have to pay Rs 14000 to get my laptop repaired. When I went there with my laptop DVD Drive was working.
Due to shortage of money I asked my laptop back.
In response these people made me wait for 1 hr and 30 minutes, moreover they charged me 300 bucks and returned my laptop with some more defects, like my screen is not fitted well and some of keyboard keys are not working. I realized the defects when I came back to my home because I couldn’t check it in the service centre as I was getting late for my office. But the question is that when the problem was with the RAM and DVD then why they have tampered with the screen.
I tried to call them but nobody is picking up the call even.
It is disappointing and ridiculous on their part as they are harassing people.
Could you please get my additional defects repaired because those persons are running service centre for earning profit only.

I bought HP laptop 3 years back and there was problem in battery, i visited nearby HP serviev centre
for replacement within warranty period. they took my complain, kept my laptop to check the battery status for 3 days and after 3 days they told to take laptop after 7 days with new battery but after 7 days they started to give many excuses and still it is pendind.

we also had the same experience. nobody is attending properly. our defective laptop is also lying with us though it gave trouble during warranty period. their service centre close the complaints without satisfying the customers. there is no address given to whom u can approach if any customer is not satisfied.hp should start recording online complaint under such situations to satisfy consumers. I am also a victim and lost about Rs. 40000/- for buying hplaptop
My laptop is Hp2601Tx ...It is showing all the problems mother board failure, hard disk error, finger print failure...Hp2601Tx is not a Special Edition ...Its a Stupid edition ...released to Exploit Common people money... And Costumer care MANA Agencies...at Vijayawada, vizag are the worst that can ever be located on earth. They dont even have screwdrivers and other logistics to repair laptops.

emails hp so many times but HP did not respond .sir/mam please look into
the matter otherwise i will take the legal action against the HP .

HP laptop very bad qwality and bad service. I bought HP laptop and it never work properly so do not buy HP laptop because it is a waste of money.
I have purchased HP G42 477 TU on[protected], where as it was updated on[protected], 2ndly the charger given to me was not orignal, at the time of purchase dealer told me that the charger with labtop was demaged we will give u replaced charger after some time but the charger was not changed, The speed of the system was also slow i complaint it to the dealer a lot of times but no response was given, now the battery of the system was also not working, moreover i am facing some problem with the display also. I want to know if a customer has to face so much of problems then what is the need of purchasing Hp labtop, We have to purchase local labtops. Now i want that my labtop should be replaced rather then repair, Will u help me.

Sir, The HP Proliant Server ML 10 is shutting down after every 3 hrs.

blue screen error

After some time of working pc shows blue screen and after that it restart itself.

Printer cartridge

I ordered three colour catridges from hp site. After installation the printer isnt working . I tried the test page . It came but it speed was very slow.
