Dear Sir,

With referrence to the below complain and conversation between the team and HP AND ORIDIN INFOMEDIA PVT. LTD. ( [protected] ) where the printer is purchased on dated 01.05.2010 ( just before two months ).

But till date we are not getting any service or assurrence from there end and facing lots of problem for last 7 days.

Purchase proof of HP LASER P2015 ( CNC1J02452 )PRINTER DATE OF PURCHASE 01.05.2010 FROM ORIGIN INFOMEDIA PVT. LTD., SAKCHI , JAMSHEDPUR - 831001.

We are facing lots of problem for last 4 days. We get the C.NO. from Origing Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. i.e. [protected] booked by Mr. A.S. Vidyarthi but till date there is no any solutions from your end.

Kindly co-operate us as early as possible.
