HP Pavilion Notebook DV4 1241 TX — Battery serial number mismatch with product | |||
I have battery issue. Its working only when i keep it in chargin mode. After removing the charger, getting shutdown within 5 or 10 mins. I contacted all these people of HP, but none couldnt help, saying that "Battery serial number doesnt match with product number and they cant do anything" ============================== [protected]@hp.com; jayakrishnan-m.nair; deepak-p.tantry; Ganesh, Selvaraj; [protected]@rediffmail.com; Siddhartha Reddy M; [protected]@mahaelectronics.co.in; mahalakshmi technologies pvt ltd =========================== I suspect mismatch happened during shipment/sales department.... I dont manufacture batteries... i am bachelor staying alone in Bangalore. I am ready for any inquiry... latest complaint numbers are : [protected] and [protected] i shall wait one more day...else i have to think some alternative action... thanks!
