Dear sir/Madam, My name is Anjali Arora and I bought a laptop of HP Pavillion DV 4 series, Product Model: WR717PA, Product Name: HP Pavilion dv4-2126tx Entertainment Notebook PC, PrinterSerial Number: INA0160K0F, Complaint number 5149 on 23rd July 2010 from Jaipur, Spice Store. I must say that was the unluckiest day because my all problems started the day I bought your laptop. From the first very day, I was having hanging problem in the brand new laptop. After few days, more problems cropped up like it stopped detecting password and finger impression in the sleep mode. To the top of it, it has now stopped detecting any recovery CD. I am amazed by the quality you people are delivering to your customers. I went to your service centre at Shri GOPAL TOWERS, KRISHNA MARG, JAIPUR to show all these problems to them. You will not believe the response which I got from the executive out there. They are far away from being called customer care executives because they don’t pay any heed to their customers at all. First of all, they said these problems have to narrated to the shop from where I bought this laptop. The shop owner of Spice said it has to be dealt by HP Service Centre. Finally your executives agreed to listen to me. But that not the end, to all these problems they are saying that they will not give any license to windows, they will put a pirated version in the laptop to make it work. Is it what I paid for?? How can you treat your customers like this??. I have paid you money to get a laptop in proper working conditions. I am not here to get a defected piece on the price of a new laptop. I want my laptop to be replaced by a new one. I will not accept any pirated version or a laptop which has so many problems from the day one. I already wasted my valuable time so much at your service centre. Now I don’t want to wait for so many weeks to get into same problems. Please take appropriate action to my complaint otherwise I know very well to what action I need to take otherwise. Waiting for your soonest action and reply.
