[Resolved] HP Redemption Cell — Redemption item non despatch | |
Dear Sir, I have purchased one HP laptop on 20.02.2009 and as a redemption offer remitted them Rs 1299.00 alongwith all papers as required by them to Solutions Digitas for one Camera purchase. The papers has been processed by them on 09.03.2009 but till date they have not despatched my camera. On repeated reminders they are mentioning we are in short of the item.There Address is HP Redemption cell, C/O Solutions Digitas, Okhla Industrial area, New Delhi - 110020. My SID Number is 607824. Sir,
I am Dhiraj from mandi(Himachal Pradesh).I bought a hp pavalion 1436tx laptop, with the offer of LCD TV of videocon, I have submitted all the document required and give cheque of 9000/- too.
Money is deducted from my account.My SID number is 628075.Earlier it shows in the status that delivery is due by 13th of march 2010, after that they change the status that delivery will be done with in 7-10 working days, but still no progress.
I am trying to call them but the computer machine respond that executive are busy at the moment.
The delivery must be with in two months as said in their gjft cell, but still no progress.

i, anuj gupta had mailed all the documemts more than one and half months ago to claim redemption of adidas cash coupon of rs. 2000. ten days ago i mailed you to know the status and got the message of receiving but not dispatching.. please get me the status soon.
AND please send it by speed post or Yogesh/ Blazeflash couriers because others are not available.
