This is Karthik from Hyderabad, i have purcharsed a "Compaq Presario -CQ45, 112AU" Laptop on December 31st '08, along with that i was given an offer of Kodak 9.3 Megapixel camera if i pay a DD of 1299/- to the HP redemtion cell in New Delhi, I had sent the required details along with the DD on January 8th to the redemption cell address.
however when i am trying to call them from the last 1 week, there is no response from them as the call is always disconnected in the IVR.

I purchased a desktop Hp Pavalion A6550IN during 22/09/2008 and I was entitled for a free gift offer. As reqd. I sent a DD for Rs. 1500/- bearing the number of 830585 dated 5/11/08 with all the reqd. documents such as bill, original cardboard piece containing Sl.No.etc. After obtaining a number from hp redemption which was noted on the bill and sent it to hp redemption cell, Chandigarh, on 23/09/2008. As per conditions the item will be delivered after 8 weeks. I waited for 8 weeks.

But after many months m/s hp redemption cell c/o innovative incentives & events pvt ltd, sco 171, 172, 2nd floor, sector 8c, Chandigarh – 160018, has sent only a nudy kit to me, as per terms and condition, I have to get a digital camera, I send the Rs. 1500/- for the same as per their terms and condition.
