it is submitted that the singla gas agency is not deliver the proper place so we are facing great dificulty. therefore, you are requested to you kindly action against the agency so the not facting dificulty in future.

SIR,
THIS COMPLAIN ABT LATE SERVICE OF GAS AGENCY . MY CONSUMER NO. IS 518748
AND ADDRESS IS SH. SUNDER SINGH # 329 POWER COLONY PHASE 2 IND AREA PANCHKULA . I HAVE BOOKED THE GAS ON THE DATE OF 2ND MARCH 2011 BUT I DIDNT GET THE GAS CELENDER TILL THE DATE. OUR CELLENDER ALREADY HAS FINISHED 3, 4 DAYS BEFORE AND THE LADY WHO BOOKED THE GAS THERE SAYS 3 DAYS BEFORE THAT YOU WILL FIND THE GAS TODAY BUT I DONT KNOW WHERE IS THAT CELLENDER GONE . AND NOW THEY MAKING ME FOOL TO SAYS THAT YOUR HOUSE WAS LOCKED THAT DAY BUT MY HOUSE WERE NEVER LOCKS ANY TIME, THEY MAKES ALWAYS LIKE THIS FALSE STATEMENTS THIS IS THE 4TH TIME THEY DONE SAME THING . VERY VERY POOR SERVICE IN PANCHKULA OF SECTOR 7 AGENCY. DO SOMETHING ON MY FAVOUR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANKING YOU

Sir I was booked a gas cylender on dt 15/5/12 but I have not received gas till date.The booking person has not replied properly. You are requested to supply the same as early as possible.

Sir,
i have booked gas a month ago.But when gas delivered at the above mentioned address on 26 july at that time i was in office .so i couldn't received my gas.The next day i rushed to the agency and asked to get the cancel slip .But they told that u r residing in the above address so it got cancel.
same day i told them plz delivered my Gas to my neibour at door no 175 (just infront of my gate).

From that day onwards daily i am updating the same in fact sunday and yesterday also visited personally and requested the same but still now no gas delivered till now.more than 10 times requested personally .They are keeping phone as busy or doing some malpractice if somebody is calling (0172-24029201)from their office it self also it never reachable.

Neither they are giving depot address to collect my cylinder nor delivery guy cell no.

ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO THE SINGLA GAS AGENCEY SECTOR 7 PANCHKULA,

I AM FACING PROBLEM DELIVERY OF CYCLINDER

IF YOU CAN'T DELIVERED THE CYLINDER IN A PROPER HOME OR IF YOU FOUND ANY DIFFICULTY TO DELEIVERED THE CYLINDER,

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLS ORDER TO THE DELIVERY BOY FOR THE PHONE CALL TO PERSON SO THAT HE WILL TAKE INOCETIVE OWNSELF.
