[Resolved]  HSBC Bank — against HSBC executives

Dear
Sir / Madam

Yes ofcourse one of HSBC Executive Mr. Rajan, contact no. [protected], has called me personally from this no. and asked about my personal loan payment which i missed last month due to some personal and family committments problem. First he called me from landline [protected], [protected] and enquired about my payment, i told him, payment will be done by 18th May but i could not do, so he called me from his personal no. and behaved very rudley, use irrelevant words, which one cannot telerate. but i am surprised that if HSBC Bank is having such type of executive, i can assure HSBC is going to loos his market share, his reputation and valued customers. He also mentioned that he dont bother about HSBC bank and i am not doing payment for him, so now you can understand with his sentence, How HSBC people are recruiting empoyees and on what basis, else They dont give any training to them that how to talk customers.

So you are kindly requested to take strict action regarding this useless fellow Mr. Rajan, HSBC executives

HSBC PERSONAL LOAN-CHENNAI — IN DECENT AND ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR

I HAVE TAKEN PL .TILL NOW I PAID 17 MONTH EMI.BALANCE EMI 31.IN THIS MONTH DUE TO SOME PERSONNAL REASON I HAVE NOT CHECKED BANK FOR THE MONEY.SO EMI NOT CLEARED.ANY HOW WHEN HSBC PERSON CONTACTED I TOLD TO COLLECT ON WEDNESDAYBUT NO ONE TURNED.INSTEAD OF COMINIG AND COLLECT THE MONEY THEY PHONED AND THREATNENIG THE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN HOUSE.
IS IT CORRECT? IS IT NOT VOILATION OF CODE OF BANKING.THE ADDRESS OF THE BANK.MANAGER.HSBC BANK, DR.RADHAKRISHNAN SALAI.MYLAPORE.CHENNAI.
I stognly agree with this thing. HSBC call center employees are most ill mannered employees in the industry. They do keep disturbing from the said numbers repeatedly. And also with rude & slang languages. They make calls from these numbers to anywhere in India. I appeal to local people of Chennai that if they get these type of calls they can take strict legal actions immediately due to their locational advanntages. One & half year back HSBC irretated me for taking a personal loan from it. Somehow, I got trapped in their net. And took the loan and activated an ECS to one of my bank accounts. For personal reason, I had stopped operation in that account 5 months back. From then no body from HSBC bothered to activate ECS to my another bank account. Since then I regularly paid the installments in cash within the month of respective ECS without any fail. But every time the due date for ECS crosses, these animal like HSBC employees keep disturbing repeatedly with their illed mannerism. Even after telling the specific date for giving payment they keep disturbing. I think in Indian, RBI should take steps to control this illicit banking systems of HSBC. In this era of shere competition how can a bank like HSBC employ and train their employees to behave with customes with sick manner?
HSBC and some other foreign banks are cheating and exploiting Indian public though their various products viz. home loan etc. They are openly flouting and violating RBI rules and guide lines and this scam is going on as the meek protests of few Indians do not register strong enough with the concerned authorities. HSBC takes full care and control to see that they comfortably violate the RBI guidelines in a smart way and they continue to exploit the Indian public at large. The licence of such banks should be re-examined as they do not have any concern or moral stand towards the nation. Even the authorities at HSBC never responds to any wrong doings but only a computer generated polite reply is given every time. The licence of such banks should be cancelled by RBI keeping in mind the interest of Indian public and their own authority in the Indian Banking fraternity.
It is a shame that such foreign banks are still exploiting Indian public at large in connivence with authorities who are corrupt and unscruplous. This scam is going on for quite some time and unfortunately in a county like India it will come to light and be exposed only after thousands of innocent victims like us are exploited and who do not have any choice but to express and share their grievances and horrific experience with others so that do not fall prey to such banks. It is very ironic that their chairperson Ms.Kidwai says so many responsible and positive things about banking in the media and talk so much about the welfare of the customers but she does not feel fit to attend any of numerous letters which is sent to her. So now it is very clear that bank like HSBC thrive on exploiting Indian customers by tactfully violating all the rules and regulations set by RBI. I appeal to the Consumer Society and RBI to take action and see that HSBC do not continue like this.
HSBC is making money with cheap tricks. Their personal relationship managers come begging at the door-step for investments to be made, they pull up all their sales talks and when money(investments) are to be redeemed, they ask you to come to their branch which is nowhere close to your house.
I am such victim- my name is XXXXX. I have an account in HSBC for 9 yrs at the Andheri(E) branch. I trusted my RO and my savings have landed in Juhu Branch. If i wish to redeem my savings I have to tell my RO what is my problem, and then He tell me to come to the JUHU branch from _ time to _ time. because he is sitting there, and I should fix an appointment with him to get my own money redeemed, this present Ro's is Mr Inder Pal Soni.I have yet to see him, while my investments have changed hands with 6 of his predecessors in span of 3 years. The bottom line is these so called RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS are never bothered with service but to fill in their annual targets. I cannot imagine how my investments have reached JUHU branch ..its only because I trusted in their sweet talk. The RO's of HSBC you SUCK
HSBC FOOLING BANK

I went to the bank just to put my Rs.1000000/- to fix deposit in HSBC itself; I don’t have any intension to buy life insurance policy, because I already have two LIC policies.
Mr.Arpit Maheshwari from your bank advises me to put Rs.800000/- in fix deposit & put Rs.200000/- in to 3 years fix deposit & against that I will be cover for the insurance of Rs.1500000/- this is what I got in my mind & I trusted bank & Mr.Arpit Maheshwari, so I guess at this point I made a mistake to trust in your bank.

From beginning I am trying to tell you that I am innocent in this matter & your bank representative guide me in a wrong way, but you are more interested in proving how your bank is right in a legal way, how your welcome call from Canara Bank is right, instead of trying to understand my complain.

You can go through my banking history with HSBC since 1987, go through my credit history from the day I got my first credit card from HSBC. You will find I am the most decent & loyal person for your bank, so I got hurt most when I realized that your bank representative fooled me, he play with my faith & trust in your bank.

Can you think beyond legal & prosecutional provision? Can’t you feel, I am innocent in this matter?
Can’t you feel Rs.200000/- is not big deal for me? Are you trying to understand what I am trying to convey you?

Today I have a bad feeling that my own bank HSBC who I trusted like my family member did this with me.

Try to think beyond profit & loss, try to think about relationship with loyal customers.

Still you feel your bank is right, I don’t have any further words to say.

With Best Regards,

Nikhil Vagal
