I have made an online transaction to recharge my Sun direct through http://www.rechargeitnow.com/ it shown in http://www.sundirect.in/how-to-recharge.php .recharged through net banking date time [protected]:58 PM

.As I confirmed with the bank the transaction has been successfully done. But the amount is not yet credited to my DTH

account. When I call to Sun direct costumer care I don't get a proper response from them. I called them at least 20

times for the issue. T. Would request you to guide me on resolving this issue.this company is a fraud
