I RECEIVED AN ERROR - GENERIC WIN HOST PROCESS FOR WIN 32 SERVICE CONTINUOSLY FOR LAST ONE MONTH.WHENEVER I CONNECT INTERNET AND AFTER SURFING FOR HARDLY 30 MINUTES, I RECEIVED AN ERROR AND MY INERNET CONNECTION DISCONNECTED DUE TO SENDING OR NOT SENDING ERROR REPORT.PLEASE RESOLVE MY GRIEVANCES AT THE EARLIEST.IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU TELL ME ABOUT DOWNLOADING ITEM WHICH SOLVE MY PROBLEM

I beg to inform that, I have purchase a EC 325 NIC USB data modem, I live in Jharkhand where it works without sim but its speed is very very slow my modem had insert a sim option, So I Need a sim to increse my modem speed.
I bought it from BSNL Office -1
main road Ranchi, Jharkhand
They refuse to give sim, but I want a sim to increse modem speed.

iam using bsnl ec 325 huawei modem...my connection speed is gud and the signal is also gud but the problem is when i connect the modem...it connects welll...but sometimes only it receives the data...most of the time it wont receive data...for example sent-2, 550bytes...received-345bytes...and error nearly increasing from 1 to 20...what is the soln for that? what's wrong with my modem.

EC325 Nic Card — Slow speed of downloading

I purchased a BSNL EC325 Nic card last week. I've heard that it gives a downloading speed of 144 kbps. But despite of getting almost full signal, the downloading speed just reaches upto 7 kbps. Please tell me what can be the cause of such a low downloading speed? What can I do so that the downloading speed can increase??

in six months o[censored]sage i could not understand there bill plan
the speed is just 1to3kb
from the date of[protected] to[protected] the bsnl no1 company was unable to connect the internet for one sec. in whole month.
They refuse to tell me about any problems,

Complaints - weak signal. & very low speed...
Because it poor speed.am facing difficulty while working.

iam using BSNL huawei NIC USB modem, i am getting a good signal in our area, and also the expected speed.
But the problem is that most times it disconnects itself atleast once in 15 minutes, sometimes within two or three minutes. Anyway to get rid of this problem??? please help,
