[Resolved] HUDA Faridabad — Non-Receipt of Refund Order | |||
I had submitted my application No. 382617 for 10 Marla, Sector – 65, Faridabad Plot for which earnest amount of `1,31,700/- was deposited vide DD No. 420794 dated 01.01.2010 of Axis Bank Limited, Statesman House, New Delhi. I had sent my representation vide letter dated September 09, 2010 through Speed-Post. Besides I have also sent a number of email attaching the copy of representations through emails at [protected]@hry.nic.in. Besides I have also faxed a number of representations to the office including higher officers, but I have not received a signle response. nic — NOn receipt of refund
SirDue cancellation of train No-2875 DN on[protected], I along with my family could not travel agaist the I-ticket ( PNR No.[protected] booked for my journey from Jajpur Keonjhar Road(JJKR), Orissa to New Delhi. For the cancellation, I had submitted the ticket at the Jajpur Keonjhar road railway station, Orissa and obtained the Ticket Deposit Receit ( TDR No- 029430, copy attached ). As directed by the station master(Jajpur Keonjhar road railway station, Orissa), I had sent the TDR original to Concerned Refund Office at Bhubaneswar, Orissa at address " For KUR, Dy. PO-cum-Claims/Refund Office, East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar" by registered post for the refund. In this regard I have also sent a letter to General Manager(operations), IRCTC Ltd., 2nd Floor, STC Building, 1, Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi - 110001 on[protected] along with the details. But, no action has taken so far and the refund amount has not adjusted to my credit card account.
So I request you to intervene and do the needful to refund the amount at the earliest. I am a middle class person and amount of Rs.3500 matters a lot to me.
Looking for the earliest action.
