Battery kit not delivered even after 22 days.

Hi, I am MAHESH KUMAR. I had ordered a Battery replacement on[protected]. Even today (after twenty two days), your people are yet to give me the above ordered items.
I had complaint many times to your customer care deptt. Those details are as follows:----

REGRET VERY MUCH TO MENTION THAT ALL YOUR CUSTOMER CARE Department staff do not take anything seriously and always give false promises. If stocks are not available, they should intimate the customer that stocks are not available and will be delivered on a particular date. But always, the standard reply we hear from your staff is that - it would be delivered today. Don't know when the TODAY will come. Please take immediate action on my complaint.
