[Resolved] Hul Pureit — Water purification is doubtful, green mossy layer at the bottom of the water storage unit | |||
Hi Team, I have been using PureIT water purifier for about a year now, and the customer care officer did not visit my place after making 2 complaints regarding the water purification. Why make such promises about 1 crore money back guarantee?? If so, then give me the money back or else resolve my problem!!! I am facing issues with the water storage unit where there is a green mossy kindof layer formed at the bottom, and even after cleaning the purifier every 15 days, it still shows back! This is totally unacceptable, and I need this resolved ASAP, or else I have to escalate it even to a higher level and claim the money back. Please look into it ASAP.
