[Resolved] Hul Pureit — Tap broken, battery replacement | |
I am using pure it water filter for the past one year. I have placed complaint one month back to change the battery and also to replace the broken. Every day I used to call him and I was getting a reply that it will be attended immediately. But till date no one has visited my residence for this purpose. On 21st April, I spoke to Ms Anitha and requested her to do it at the earliest as I had complained long back. I never expected this from a company like HLL. hope you have understood the sattire i place in my opening address to you.
this comes with a lot of despair and pain with the response of the help line and the support from the "TEAM". The last complaint i made at the call centre is no.[protected] dtd 15 Sep 2010. and the response i get is that the area is not serviceable. this is a real surprise as i had been delivered with a germkit batt kit only about 10 days before the complaint. either your database is totally up the gum tree or ur tech guys take u for a ride.
just to tell you my problem, from 15 sep 10 onwards i have innovated my Purit Tap with a local arrangement...i have fitted a nail to support the mechanism so that i can drink water...my bad that i bought the system i'm obviously stuck with it.
well just so that i don't forget i'm Squadron Leader C Binu Varghese, [protected] (so much for serving the country...i can't even get a company to change a tap!!! :(

I requested for replacement battery on 20th Apr 08.
They promised me that it will be done with in 3 days.
But they did not. I have called them up again on 4th day just to find the status.. I got the same answer, saying that it will be done with in 3 days. Again they did not turn up. Again I have called them up on 2nd May-08. I got the same answer. Again I called them up on 7th-May-08 and got the same answer and waiting for them ... I am totally Pissed off with HUL and their customer support.
I will never recommend PureIt to anyone.
