We were told it has a capacity of 23ltrs where as it has the capacity of 9 liters only as we fill water more than 9 ltrs, it starts leaking. We also logged a complaint at customer care and the executive had come but he said no you can't fill water more than 9ltrs this it is said to be 23ltrs but it has the capacity of 9 liters only you please remove the excess water.
When it has the capacity of 9 ltrs then why are we said it has the capacity of 23 ltrs. We are made fool by saying that it has the capacity of 23 ltrs. Product is false. And you give wrong commitment.
