In a moment of bad judgement, I bought a PUREIT water filter about three weeks back. Since then I have been requesting for a technician to come and install the equipment and demonstrate its working. Even after a delay of 20 days and at least ten complaints, I am sorry to say no technician has attended to our complaint. On checking it is seen that the complaints are shown as attended whereas the technicians never even visited our house. Now I am regretting my decision to buy the water filter. However I plan to continue my efforts to make the service technician visit our house and demonstrate its working.
