My name is tuhina and have connection of Hutch since jan2007 mob no.[protected]. i had lost my mobile set in the month of sept, so i went to vodafone center for duplicate sim. the sim working properly last month its shows 'INSERT SIM' or somtimes shows 'SIM REJECTED". I tried to placed in another mobile set same thing display. so i spoken to vodafone customer care they told me to visit our service center. if they will find any fault in sim then i have to purchase another sim. Duplicate SIM life is so short that i have to purchase another sim. and its not urs fault and why should we pay for another sim
