[Resolved]  I Nova Aqua Guard / Eureka Forbes — DEFECTIVE MOTHERBOARD- UNIT NOT FUNCTIONING

NO WATER ID FLOWING. RED COLOUR DOES NOT TURN GREEN
COMPLAINT LOGDED ON 30-09-08 AND AGAIN ON 04-10-08 TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NO. 39883333.
NO ACTION FOR CORRECTION HAS BEEN INTIMATED AS YET.
I HAVE TO SPEND RS 100 A DAY FOR PURCHASE OF WATER FROM OUTSIDE.
IT GIVES ME THE IMPRESSION THAT THERE IS NO RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN THIS ORGAINISATION TO LOOK AFTER THIS COMPLAINT.
