sir/ madam hi, I had booked tickets for a round trip on 23rd & 30rd March 2010 via this site, but as the transaction failed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the tickets have not been booked. after repetative calls.. & emails.... they are not responding back to us. They have committed refund of amount in 8-10 working days.. but since this is the 15'th day.... we have neither received the refund nor got any clue about it from ibibo. i request u to kindly look in this matter. thank you. --- Madhura gokhale. i want to change my bank account details becuse my 3150 is not transfer in my account i all redy 7 comlints givan plz solve my problem.

I had booked tickets for a one trip on 26th January 2011 via this site, but as the transaction failed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the tickets have not been booked. BOOK ID NO shown as GOFLDD8AE[protected]
While booking a SMS was received from:TM-GoIBIB that SORRY!!! Payment Failure pl check in my travel page or call our customer support and simultaneouly a SMS reced my bank that your a/c is debited for Rs 4979/
After e mail about this matter they advised me to see "my travel " and see the status. But for that log in is must with my e-mail address and passward. Due to non registered/comletion of booking transction it is not responding. while i contact their phone i have to hold it for 10 to 15 minutes and no responce.PL LOOK IN TO THE MATTER THIS IS A BIG AMOUNT FOR ME. PL HELP
