This is to inform you that i was Booking a ticket in my Father's name: Md.Hani[censored]sing my banking details. But the ticket has been Issued in My Name.I called up your Customer care to inform about the same with 1Min and 30 sec of the Booking. So that the Booking can be Rectified but i have been informed that I will have to pay INR 1000 as a cancellation charge for a system error from your end. when i called up your Customer care the Girl in the other rudely yelled it was you who booked the ticket so we aren't responsible for the error.The Ticket DETAILS are attached
