Roles and responsibilities:
• Responsible for the process of recruitment from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Hiring, Negotiation, Offer release, Post Offer Follow up. Understand and analyze the IT requirements on different skill set & strategic planning for sourcing and hiring, identify sources in IT market and design strategy to meet the targets in different IT skill sets.
• Extensively worked on niche skill sets. IPhone, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Oracle DBA, Silver light 4.0, MOSS 2010, UI Developer, Asp. net 4.0, J2EE, Spring etc.
• Effective usage of various channels for Sourcing like – Job Portals, Personal Network, Employee referral, Internet Groups, Advertising, Cold calls & Career sites.
• Walk-In – Responsible for planning & skill mapping of the events. Promoting the event through various channels like internal mailers and advertising. Organizing the Interview panels & supervising the interview schedules.
• Coordinating the different levels of interviews with the candidates.
• Negotiating with the candidates on the Salary.
• Prepare and maintain weekly reports.
• Handling initial Level HR pre screening to assess the candidates suitability in matching the clients r requirement, academics and professional qualifications and Communication skills.
• Coordinating with clients and scheduling the interviews for the Short listed candidates at all phases of selection process which include setting up Technical interviews for candidates in India and abroad
• Handled positions at junior Level to senior Level
• Regular follow-up with selected candidates till candidates comes on board
