SUB – Refund the ICFAI Fees Payment made Enrollment No:[protected].
I have enrolled fro MBA programmed in the month of 27th March 2008 Enrollment No:[protected]. Admission Fee Payment made to The Institute of Charted Financial Analysts of India, 52, Nagarjuna Hills, Hyderabad – 82. Vide Receipt No – 364910. Dated on 27th March 08. Payment Rs.10,100/- & also made check payment of Rs.4,030/- P.M. for 15 months that is about Rs.60,450/- Admission + Installment Payment = 10,100+60,450=70,550/-. I wrote Group A & B exam on 20th Jul 08. I raised sevral mails bur no response on 30-Oct-2009 I gave the mail and went to office twice and asked them to pay back the amount they said it is under process but no result, till now my Settlement amount is pending from their end. I gave them mails that I am not going to continue my education at all, But no one responded.
I request you to kindly help me get my money back from ICFAI which I have paid as early as possible. Today I called to ICFAI institute and they are not responding after sevral calls after talking to the lady for long time she is telling we will not pay the amount. It is disgusting taking all the fees before hand and when we are not continueing they are keeping our money but not paying. The below mentioned bank details from where I payed the amount. When I went to office I wrote letter and submitted but no response. Kindly see that ICFAI has to pay since 2 years I am waiting for my amount they have to pay the penality foe their irreduculas behaviour. So many mails, so many visits but nothing happening to them please take uo seriously and settle this matter. I am seeking for justice.

ICFAI — Non return of the payment made to the them

I enrolled into the MBA program in Aug 2005. My Enrollment No is MBA2049868.Since I could not pursue the course I requested for a refund of the full payment I made against my course fee.I was also ready to deduct the cancellation and/or processing charges. Till date I have not received any intimation from them in this regard. Pl note that I have already made a payment of over and above Rs 50,000 in[protected].
Will be grateful if my money is returned back to me since I am in severe financial crisis and is unable to cope with day-to-day expenditure at present.

An individual joins MBA course for the purpose of acquiring a professional degree which will help in advancing in once career. As mentioned that full payment has be done with a intention of pursuing the program. If someone wishes to discontinue for unknown reasons, the institute cannot be blame for the same. I usually see that the Icfai web page contains information on recognition and documents in support of it. Why don’t you write drectly to Institute and seek clarification on specific issues?

At the outset, we wish to clarify that the program prospectus clearly indicated that only on receipt of fee payable, a student will be enrolled into the program. Also the policy on refund is clearly specified.

You have been enrolled into the program as per the terms indicated in the prospectus and raising the issue now, after 3 years is surprising.

As indicated in our reply to your email dated October 30, 2009, you are advised to send your requirement to [protected]@iutripura.edu.in for clarification.

I raised several mails, calls & 2 personal visit to office but theere was never any reply to my mail, nor people said anything they simply hanged up and more over when I have visited I gave all the details they said we will revert but never they called or answered my calls. Today you have responded I want my money back. Pls refund my money at the earliest and provide me details for refund procedures. Pls provide me the contact person in hyderabad name, mobile no & details. Long back I said I want refund I have all the mails. Let me tell you I even send letters to the concerned departments. It is almost 2 years now since I am asking for refund.

The mail id which you have mentioned mail delivery failure...anything else still you want to state..now.. This is the way ICFAI gives the response. I told the Marketing executive to whom I have paid Rs.10, 100/- in the begining to pay back my amount long back his name is Mr. Govindarajan. Do not waste still the time and refund my money.

Dear Ms.Beena Jeldi,

This refers to your email dated[protected] seeking withdrawal from the program.

We wish to clarify that you are enrolled into the MBA program offered under flexible learning format by availing the EMI facility.

You may note that students are required to pay the program fee as per the prospectus at the time of enrollment itself. However, for the benefit of those students who could not pay the program fee and to avoid hassles associated with arrangement of funds through alternative sources, the EMI facility is offered to facilitate such students to pursue the program.

Accordingly, the facility was extended to you on your specific request and commitment to honor the PDCs issued for the facility.

Further, withdrawal from a program pending clearance of PDCs is not admissible.

You are, therefore advised to ensure honoring of all the PDCs on time and continue with the program.
