[Resolved] ICFAI University — Not able to make EMI, for ICFAI MBA

I have enrolled myself for MBA by paying 10000 bucks. To make the rest of payment I selected EMI. However dus to some some personal reason I am not in postion to make the rest of the payment. SO I asked ICFAI guys what is the alternate. but they said as they have Post Dated Checque so I need to make the payment on time. Else I will come in trouble. I told them as they already recived nearly 5 EMI & Rs. 10000 in the beginig. So I want to quit at this moment righ now. They said I can not do that. this is against the policy I have signed. I told them as I have not given any kind of exams for 1st session. So I don't think that i can go with this program. but they denied to say I can quit from this program. I also told them that as I am paing money either I give exams or not I should get books for 2nd session. As i have recieved books only for 1st session so I don't want to continue. They suggested me to go for Edcation Loan. But they said I can not quit from this program. I ned to make full payment. I am not in the postion to make the payment. If this pressure would be continued I think I will die due to pressure. Is there someone Who can guide me the best way to save me from this problem My number: +[protected] I told them that as I have not borrowed money from them instead of that I am making the payment for the thing that I am not sure I will able to get that or not. This is pretty much a common complaint against ICICI university. There is still not clarification from the government agencies on whether their Degrees are even valid in the first place. They are an absolute money making apparatus. END OF DISCUSSION I'm afraid. Someone needs to file a PIL and take these sorry to hell.

I am keyur B Kamdar had registered for ICFAI Ms Finance Program, i had already paid 6 PDC but now i dont want to continue the course but SSD people are forcing me to continue the course any how how can u force a person to study.

In the end i am ready to file a case against this university we just focus on money not on problems of student.

I am agree with the fact that the ICFAI university is a fraud and the employees of this university at any branch are the worst .They do not know how to handle the situation of any student. The same case of EMI happend with me and i have paid Rs. 15000/- in cash and two EMI of Rs.6300/- the rest amount of three EMI is still to be paid and i am suffering very much .I also contacted ICFAI members to help me but they answered as i will have to pay the rest amount of money otherwise i will be in deep trouble (legal action).Pl help me as i am going though immense pressure.

I agree with the above comments Icfaii University is really a fraud university is mearly a money making machine the employees o[censored]niversity are like IVR they only repeat the sentence"You have to pay".They decieve the students and play with the career of the students.I also contacted ICFAI members to help me but they answered as i will have to pay the rest amount of money the installment facility provided to you is withdrawn and you are required to pay the outstanding amount Rs.49400 by bank draft immediately in replacement of the following pending cheques.otherwise i will be in deep trouble (legal action).they never stick to their words enrollment is sought for April session and the University intimates that your enrollment is for june session just wasting one quarter for no fault of the students.
