[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Abusive Language used by telecaller

Hi,

This is Ajay Singh Rajawat ,today 21 Dec 2012 at 11:22 am ,I got a offer call for ICICI BANK's CREDIT CARD from no [protected] the telecall named as Prakash claimed himself calling from Laxmi Nagar branch.
When I refused to get a credit card he started callin me by names(abusing me) .I want to resister a complaint againt him and expect you to take some stringent actions against such persons so that they can't harras people

on Oct12, 2008 a icici bank person name 'KIRAN' has come to my house without prior intimation, which as per RBI guidelines its a crime under article RBI / 2005-06 / 211
DBOD.FSD.BC. 49/ 24.01.011/ 2005-06
and he spoke to me rudly. Same day a person with a name rajiv had called me from #[protected] and i informed him that i have already spoken to nisha on Sept14, 08 for setelment.
But no action was taken on it when i informed 'RAJIVE' about this he started speeaking in very foul language, not only that he also abused me & threatend me for my life & my family members
even today (14/10/08) tellicaller named 'JYOTI' called up my house and abused my wife & threatend her stating they will make our life misserable.

This was not sufficient so they called up in my ofice and abused my co-ordianter ( Receptionist ) and later caled my Reporting manager in a very abusive way. I visted Bank bank c/c off at andheri east twice for setellment but i am not getting proper response...


Would Be requiring an immediate action on this matter or else will left with no option but going forward for Police complain as i have every conversation recorded..

ICICI Bank — Abusive Language

We received call on 6.7.2010 at our home by a lady namely Mansi Patil of ICICI . She was abusive on phone. She did not spare even a nine year boy. The boy was shocked to hear such abusive language. We have lodged police complaint. same day. Results are awaited.
It is realy disgusting that ICICI is using such kind of methods to harrass customer. Our card was swiped by using fake card. It was reported to ICICI. They initially credited the swiped amount & then again debited the same. Matter was being attended by my brother. He attended their office whenever they called. Amount was also not a big amount. it was a dispute of about Rs. 11000/-. we are respectful & law abiding citizen of this country. do we deserve such kind of treat ment from a bank of such a repute. WILL ANYONE TAKE COGNIGENCE OF MATTER AND ASK THE LADY TO SAY SORRY TO LITTLE CHILD.

From the last couple of days i am getting calls from ICICI (videocon tower) continuously, After confirming that i am not interested in Personal loan the telecaller force me to take the loan and disturb me many time in a day with rude language, when i asked him that i want to talk to his boss then he refuse, after requesting may time then he allow me to talk to his boss his name is Abhisheka. and the number of Telecaller is : [protected]

I got a call from a telecaller claiming to be a representative of icici bank today (27th June 2016) at 3:47 pm. She told me that my card is being upgraded. When i asked her which card, she started speaking very rudely and told me that my debit cum ATM card is being upgraded. I told her that i am not using any debit card of icici bank. Then she asked me if I'm using any credit card. Despite of her lack of knowledge of her work and customers, she then started using foul and very abusive language.

I'm shocked at the quality of telecallers being hired by a reputed bank like ICICI. One, they do not know their job and on top of that, they have the guts to use foul language with the customer. I would have fired her had she been my employee. Hopefully, ICICI bank takes some stern action against such people so that other customers do not have to face such inconvenience.
