[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Mental Torture by Credit Card Collection Agency

This is to bring under your notice that I have been harassed by your ICICI Bank collection agency. Today (7/10/2011)I received call from[protected]/ at 2pm & also on 19/9/2011 I received a call from the same no at 2.52pm.So in spite of complaining so often to Head of Quality Department I have been getting calls.This is for the third party's collection.I even don't have ICICI Bank account or any Credit Card.I have often said that this mobile no does not belong to that concern person,but than also they keep on calling.
When I tried to take the help of Head Service Quality,(Ratheesh Achath his No is:[protected](Office of Head Service Quality)His reply to my mail is attached below.But instead of helping & stopping the nuisance calls he is asking my residence address so he wants to send some "Goons".As twice I have given my residence address & ICICI Bank Credit Card collection Agency Department but instead of helping me they harassed my family & me.So I humbly request you to please take some stern steps & do needful to my complain.Kindly tell to stop these nuisance calls forever.As this has been going on since 3yrs.I normally receive the nuisance calls from below given nos.

ICICI Credit Card — recovery agency tourture

I am holding ICICI card for very long and till date i never ever missed to pay my dues and also i will pay only full payment. But during NOv 2008 as i was out of station i am unable to pay the dues which was informed by me to ICICI Bank and i have given assurance the total o/s will be paid by next month with interest. But inspite of my assurance i got calls by asking me to pay immediately and everytime in a polite manner i replied i will pay before due date. Eventhough i am getting calls by disturbing me because i am also working in a bank and during office time they are disturbing me. First of all i am not at all a defualter but for me itself icici officials giving mental tourture means then what about for others. Because they threatened they will come to my house and used absued words in phone and one fine time i was forced to reply for the same. This is a very serious issue because icici bank is threatening me a good pay-master. I need a reply and support in this
Corporate Like ICICI, appointing Cheating & Fraudulant DSA as they are not even following single Norms which is posted in ICICI Bank "We care for Customer". Even Underworld will not give treat call as i am getting from A person Named Mr.Gajanan, not disclosing DSA name and call comes on Tel.64562854. However, one more DSA named S.A.Entereprise which is appointed by ICICI Bank for Credit Crad collection just running a racket a person named Mr.Sameer [presently absconding] and his asst Mr.devendra Gupta [Chq.Collection Exe] and one more lady assisting and handlingTelepone.Pls dont deal with This person as they are a Fraud person and do false commitments as i got very bad experience. However, am going to explain and handover the whole story to the Press and also lodge a complaints with Police as they are misusing their power as i already informed this to the icici bank, jb nagar br, but i dont think, they will take a strict action because presently am talking with a employee of ICICI Bank Debt Manager Mr.devendra as i explained everyting and he asked me to meet at chandivali office.let us see what kind of action he is going to take on the DSA as he already cleared that, All DSA not allowed to disclose their agency name while making recoveries that clearly understand that they want to misguide the customers and make more confusion if anything goes worng as i already suffered a lot in this incident and now am searching to find the person named Mr.sameer and Devendra gupta from S.A.Enterprises. Hope ICICi will help in this case, if know, yes will kncok the door of Human Rights.
