[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Transaction Harassment | |
I have a saving account in icici bank, used the debit card for cash withdrawal on[protected] and it could not process the transaction as the regret message came on the ATM machine but I received their message that the amount had been debited on my mobile which was shocking. I had talked to the local ATM machine engineer he told it will be credited within three hours and it did but on the next day as the "creditted amount-- info:NFS* WDLRVSL*[protected]" . Now, today on[protected] message on my mobile came that once again they have debitted my amount against the recovery of dated[protected].Now this is HARASSMENT no clarification or conversation just taking your own money away, This is very unprofessional approach from their side and it is very much unfortunate to have account in such type of bank. Against this kind of harrasment will it be not right to close my account from this kind of bank which frequently has problems like card reading and transaction always fails in ATM. Whenever their is emergency they dont have money in their nearby ATM machines . May be icici is unable to handle their customers properly that is why they have taken the support of Mr. Sharukh Khan in their advertisement. Is this the way the will gain confidence ? or by taking proper care of their customers ? Though I will still waiting for their necessary action to be taken only for 48 hrs. to make my next move against this bank. Was this information helpful? | |
