non issue of credit card statements

Dear sir
My credit card is issued by ICICI bank, on 01/2003 and valid upto 01/2009.
My nake is k. seshadri
my ICICI credit card no. is 4477463584349001

Since January, 2003 until November, 2007, I only aviled credit for rs. 15000 to 18000.
But i so far pid around Rs. 125000. Stil the ICICI bank is claiming that i have to pay Rs. 60000.

The bank is providing any credit card statement or details since last 6 months.

I need a detail credit crd details
a. Total credit availed
b. Total payment made as on nov., 2007
c. Details and total fine amount
d. Total interest amount charged sofar.
e. total over charge amount.

Kindly intervene and settle the case please.
