Dear Sir, The ICICI bank cheque book was returned un-delivered from our residence at Thakur Village on 6th November 2009 with AW no.1053890. Immediately on 6th November on receiving missed note a call was made on 42017000 and it was informed that the same would be delivered the next day. Subsequent to this calls are made on a regular basis but the information conveyed is we are tracing the document. They are also not ready to share the seniors numbers. 591081 to 591095

591096 to 591110

In which the cheque book from 591081 to 591095, i have used 591081 om 20.10.09 as TRFR T0 CREDIT CARD-RS 1000.Remaining 59082 to 59095 i last in somewhere, so please block these cheque number if anybody uses, i have not sighned any leafs and which is empty one.pls look in to the matter.
