[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Complaint Not Resolved

Dear sir,
My Self Govind Gour My Credit Card No. [protected] and my service request no is SR[protected] which is not solved by icici customer care executive till today and it was requested on the date of 4/04/2013.
According to the commitment given by their executive which says that If I apply for the coral card my credit limit will be increase to Rs 1 lakh and also he says that I will get a cash back offer on fuel charges.
Now I am using this coral card but as per the commitment given by their executive I haven't get any benefit yet. So I am requesting their 2-3 time that please collect their card back and also collect their useless gift vouchers and refund me my Joining fee amount of Rs.1000 + Rs 123.90 (Service tax) which was taken at the time of issuing coral card. they are not ready to solve this matter.


Kindly look into this matter & waiting for your prompt response.

ICICI Bank — Did Not resolve request

I registered a request to update my mobile number for online banking on 15th Oct 2010 and I specifically mentioned that I wanted to do it to reset my online banking password. They asked me to wait for 4 working days and when I called on 20th, again asked me to wait for 24 hours. Again I called on 21st and they told me that number is not updated and would be updated in next hour. Executive also told me that she would send a confirmation email on my email address.
After waiting for 2 hours, I didn't receive any mail and when I call customer care again, executive told me that I can not reset password within 30 days of registering mobile number.
Why this information was not given to me when I registered a request to update mobile number to reset password on 15th?
What about the commitment of resolving the request in 4 working days.. coz it was not resolved on 21st even if requested on 15th?
The worst customer service in India is ICICI bank. It was my big mistake that I opened account in that bank. completely wastage of time, no customer service. Bank is only making money from customer without giving service. Interested only in making new customers. Motto is to hell with existing customer.
