[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card — after close (deactivate) tele phonecalls

I anuj mohan vashishta close my icici credit on 14/02/2011 card no is [protected] and clear all dues with documents . After that approx 2years later i got a tele phone call on 24/04/2013 acaller name is dilip (anand) he is literly abusing me and misbehaviour is very cheap he make me two or three calls from ([protected]) also make calls my friends nos and my lanline nos i speak politely and ever ask provide me detail but he is not listen me and next day on 25/04/2013 that person call me again in previous tone he harrshing me due that im in meantly preesure pls help in that matter and suggest me what i can do for that .I HOPE your right person who he helpme

ICICI Bank — Bank not deactivating my card

I am Tara sharma from Delhi. i am using a credit card of ICICI bank for last one year & continuosly paying the minimum amount to the bank every month. I have told several times to the excutive & put up a writen complain to the bank, to please deactivate my card as soon as possoble. But the bank is not at all deacticvating my card & more on this they keep on sending the monthly bills for payments. So please deactivate my card soon as i will not pay the monthly amount next time. Waiting for your responce at the earliest.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Bank dose not deactivating my card

This is the second complaint by me for last 5 day & all because of some very bad & unexpected behaviour by the ICICI bank . I am alrady requested several times to the bank officals to please deactivate my credit card coz i hav no need of this card, till date no action has been taken from the bank & every month the bank is keep on charging the amount on my card.From now onwards i will not pay any type of payment till the ICICI bank deactivate my card, This is not at all accepted on the part of ICICI bank. So please stop & deactivate my card as soon as possible.

but the system does not permits me. even Mumbai contact[protected] also helpless.

I HAVE BEEN GETTING COLLECTIONS CALLS EVERYDAY FROM ICICI BANK AND ON 12 JULY 09I RECIEVED 19 CALLS IN ONE DAY ON MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected]. I HAVE RECIEVED CALLS FROM ICICI BANK PHONE NUMBER[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. 19 CALLS IN ONE DAY FROM ONE NUMBER AND 4-5 CALLS FROM A DIFFRENT NUMBER.

ICICI Bank — closure of the credit card

sir,
iam holding a creditcard ending with [protected] which in the month of March i have opted for the emi option and paid the amount which was mention by you executive and told me that the amount has converted into 12 emi i.e 3739 in the month of may also i paid the same but on june 8 the executive calls and there is some balance for which the emi option has not been activated in my card and was demanding the payment of some 2000+ when i told him that the amount was already paid and the amount what i have paid is what the other executive told but he was not ready to listen and he was just saying that i need to pay the amount nor the emi option would not activate in my card ... now also the manager say

We understand your concern.

We regret our inability to process your request for providing the settlement on your credit card account.

We request you to make the payment to avoid any financial charges on your credit card account.
The total outstanding balance on your credit card as on date is Rs.38, 964.96.

after paying the 4 emi and they have even collected the 12 cheques from us and without fail they are producing the cheques to the banks .. the outstanding amount is same

Credit Card — Phone calls

Dear Sir,

Every morning we are receiving a Phone call from your collection department asking for Mr. Nandu Parai. We have told them that the mobile no. on which we are receiving calls belongs to Niranjan Kulkarni and not Mr. Nandu Parai. But inspite of telling your collection dept. several times it is not updated in your system and we are unnecessarily being troubled.

Request you to look into the matter at the earliest and get it updated in your systems. If you require we are ready to send the scanned bill copy of our mobile.

ICICI — Closing of Card

Dear sir,

From 2009 july iam facing so much problems becoz of the bank.i had reaised a issue due to unusage charges and excess charges ,And i had send around 10 to 15 mails regarding the same no response till now,Atleast i thought of closing my card went for settelment that also till now no one had responded properly.

I had paid the interst and charges from 2006 but again tha bank claims to pay thefull outstanding amount but the amount which i paid excessly will not remitted from the total amount.

Then comes settelment executive called me and fixed a amount of 59k i dnt have any request to reduce i said ok,But after that no call from the bank.And again another executive called she told that all my approvals are declined she said she will finally do it for 62k,And that also not done no intimations till now no call this is happening after 1year from the bank.



.Inbetween some bank legal lawyers threatning.
Please do close my ready to make my balance payment but why the bank spoils our credit report i know.
