I sent a online request to ICICI Bank for sending me a DD for Rs. 200 in favour of M/s. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bangalore on 04 May 2009 vide Service Request No. SR105143454. The Bank failed to deliver the DD to me within promised 7 days. Since I lost the opportunity to submit the application for the post of Deputy General Manager to HAL for non receipt of DD, I asked them to cancel the DD and refund the amount of Rs. 200. Since then correspondences are going on and till date the amount is not deposited to my account. Every time the Customer Service executive changes and get all the information and promise to settle the same within a day or two. In view of this, I would like to complain to the jurisdiction to look into the case and give me justice at the earliest.
