[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Fraudulent usage of credit card

Hi,

This is related to fraudulent usage of my credit card 5176 XXXX XXXX 5011. Two transactions
were done on sites sportsdirect.com and entropay
1.EUR 248.41 at ENTROPAY (April 28, 2013; 12:19:27 hrs.)
2.GBP 214.79 at WWW.SPORTSDIRECT.COM (April 28, 2013; 12:47:16 hrs.).

The bank representative refused to take my complaint saying that I had authorized these
transactions using 3D secure pin.
I did mention that it is impossible as that information is not available to anyone.

As the banking representative has refused to take my complaint, I have submitted an online
complaint - SR[protected]

I see there are many similar complaints related to the above sites and I see a total lack of concern
from the bank side to validate as these sites have already generated so many complaints.

I am proceeding to raise a complaint with the cybercell and bank ombudsman as ICICI refused
to register my complaint.
