[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Fraudulent usage of credit card | |||
Hi, This is related to fraudulent usage of my credit card 5176 XXXX XXXX 5011. Two transactions were done on sites sportsdirect.com and entropay 1.EUR 248.41 at ENTROPAY (April 28, 2013; 12:19:27 hrs.) 2.GBP 214.79 at WWW.SPORTSDIRECT.COM (April 28, 2013; 12:47:16 hrs.). The bank representative refused to take my complaint saying that I had authorized these transactions using 3D secure pin. I did mention that it is impossible as that information is not available to anyone. As the banking representative has refused to take my complaint, I have submitted an online complaint - SR[protected] I see there are many similar complaints related to the above sites and I see a total lack of concern from the bank side to validate as these sites have already generated so many complaints. I am proceeding to raise a complaint with the cybercell and bank ombudsman as ICICI refused to register my complaint. Sreekumar. [protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful? | |||
