My name is Harish nagpal panipat Mobile no [protected] I have a bank account in icici bank g.t road panipat my account no[protected] . I have lost my two cheques signed and blank cheque no are 331204 and 331205 on date 10 sept2012 .i Was stop payment those cheque by phone banking on 11 sept 12 I have confirmation receipt by bank . I was submitted affidavit for purpose of FIR on date 11 sept 2012 But police station computer system was not working that’s way I have received my police fir compliant copy on 12sept 2012. I already deposit my fir copy in icici bank for lost my cheque. Yesterday I Checked my account threw net banking i found that 56 Rs cheque return charges dabit my account . I immediate call to icici phone banker. He told on 12 sept2012 check no 331205 of 8 lakh Rs returned from my bank account . I Conformed with bank whose that person deposit the cheque then icici bank employs told me this cheque from o b c bank you have to conform with o b c bank when i conformed with O B C bank employs they told me this cheque present threw Bijender singh s/o Ant ram saving a/c no [protected] address madloda disst panipat arya school wali gali i want to request to bank take legal action against this person who try to make fraud with me.
