[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI Minimum Account Balance Charges

My Complaint : ICICI Bank had deducted money from my balance without sending any notification on my mobile and they did it couple of time in this month...so i need a clarification why this thing is happened to me.

here is the details :

If i didnt get any response within this month than i will made a complain to RBI and i will switch to a different bank.

I have been a customer of ICICI Bank for the past 8 years and have been maintaining a good balance in my savings bank account. number is[protected] in Pune in my account. However, I see in my statement that the bank has charged me a minimum account balance charge of Rs. 280.90 for June, 393.26 for July, 393.26 for Aug all in the month of Sept and Oct. I do not expect this from a bank of as good standing as ICICI. I strongly encourage the bank to strengthen their controls in this aspect, in addition to refunding the charge back to my account.
