Reg: Car Loan a/c no.LADEL[protected]: My loan was completed in January 2010 and by confirming over phone for completion certificate and deletion of Hypothecation Clause from my Registration Certificate(RC), the bank told me that these documents will be sent to me by 23'January'2010 but till date it has not reached. Yes i completely agree with the complaint filed as My father is suffering from the same. He had received a confirmation call from the bank but has not received any papers yet. They are telling him to come to their Jhandewalan branch and collect the papers himself. We have been caught up in a mess now. I request you to kindly wake up the bank from the slumber and tell them to serve the people what they deserve. Please help the common man and help the needful.
