[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Limited — NON RECEIPT OF DIVIDEND-2010

Sir,

I am holding 12 shares of ICICI BANK LTD under Folio No. [protected].
But till date dividend for Yr.2009-10 declared on June 28, 2010 has yet not been credited im my accout. A complaint in this regard has already been lodged with company's registrar 3i Infotech limited , Mumbai, vide letter dated August 21, 2010. I had also enclosed the following documents as demanded by the Registrar along with my complaint:

1.Certificate from my Bank for non Recipt & Credit of Dividend ECS in my A/c
2.My Bank a/c statement showing non credit of Dividend

Their reply vide letter no.[protected] dated September 28, 2010 is nothing but repeatition of Dividend Advice dt.June 29,2010 & Comapny has not given any due attention to my compaint. I have also lodged compalint with SEBI on October 26,2010 in this regard.
