DEAR SIR,I AM ASHOK JAIN MERCHANT OF ICICI.THERE HAS BEEN A BIG PROBLEM RELATED TO A PURCHASE MADE FROM MY SHOP NAMED PANCHARATNA JEWELLERS SITUATED AT DELISLE ROAD, LOWER PAREL, MUMBAI.THE PURCHASE WAS MADE ON[protected] AND HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PAYMENT REGARDING THE PURCHASE. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 6 MONTHS AND HAVE COMPLAINT IN CUSTOMER CARE BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE.I HEREBY GIVE YOU ALL MY DETAILS.I HOPE YOU LOOK INTO THE MATTER SERIOUSLY.THANK YOU.

A sudden message on my mobile number has left me quite discomforted. It is as follows :
"Dear Customer, Payment of Rs.90723.00 is overdue on your ICICI Bank Loan Account LTHBxxxxxx2056. please call our Customer Care and press 175 after welcome message, alternatively, you may also contact OPTIMUS GLOBAL SERVICES LTD at Tel .[protected]. Ignore if already paid."
Now, the fact is that I don't have any sort of ICICI bank loan account, I don't even have an account in ICICI. Can you kindly look into this matter?
