[Resolved] ICICI Bank Pvt Ltd — Debit Card Blocked Without my Knowledge | |||
Hello Sir, I am using the ICICI Bank Debit card for the past two years and this was my salary account,currenlty now i'm not working for that company.So, i made some little transaction monthly for not wanted to close the account.Suddenly,Last week i am about to detect the amount from ATM.But Unfortunately i couldn't able to detect the amount and it says "CARD IS BLOCKED".I gave a call to Customer Care Department and they told my card is blocked.I cant understand why these people are doing such things without the knowledge of the acccount holders. my name is vamshi, i got my new salary account in icici 15days back, 5 days back i went atm and changed my pin it showed pin changed successfully and it worked at that time, but after 2 days when i tried to access it in another atm it is showing your card is blocked contact icici bank.
i have done nothing and it got blocked,
